Actually, a woman steps up.

Mackenzie shivered as she felt the intense stares of everyone in the jail cell. At least they have kept to their word so far and hadn’t touched me, Mackenzie thought to herself, but she wasn’t sure how long that would last.

Suddenly a tall and muscular black woman (one of the few in the jail cell) started walking towards Mackenzie. To her, the mysterious woman seemed to be walking in slow motion. Mackenzie couldn’t help but marvel at her figure. Which admittedly, was a bit ironic given her situation.

The mysterious woman then pulled a bobby pin out of her gorgeous black hair, and proceeded to unlock Mackenzie’s handcuffs. The redhead was so shocked that someone actually helped her that it didn’t even occur to her to cover up. “Um.. Th-th-thank you,” Mackenzie shuttered, “I don’t know how to repay you, Miss... uh...?”

“Anika,” the mysterious woman answered with a sultry voice that made Mackenzie’s heart flutter, “and I think there’s something you can do for me.”
