A thin woman wearing camouflage

"I thought I heard someone in my camp. You're not the first person to come across my hunting spot, but your definitely the first one that's naked. What's your name?" The stranger asked.

"Naklezrey." MacKenzie said, before she slapped her hands over her mouth in shock.

"That's an interesting name. I'm Kayla." The woman said, extending her hand.

"Bo, naklezrey! Ny nukred beyd klofz!" Mackenzie tried to explain she needed help.

"What language is that? You're not drunk are you?" Kayla asked.

"Bo." MacKenzie shook her head.

"Oh, so you can understand me?"

"Ex!" MacKenzie nodded.

"Well, it looks like we gotta take care of that sunburn. I have some supplies in my truck. I'll be right back. You must be hungry too. Do you need to eat?"

MacKenzie nodded.

"Okay, I'll be right back."

After Kayla was out of sight, MacKenzie tried to talk again, but it came out like gibberish as before. She tried to control her muscles as best she could, but nothing she tried to say came out even remotely right. MacKenzie realized this must be another side effect, and it would likely last two weeks.
