You turn your back on the girl at the door. Though you don't know where you're going, you walk the other direction. The light shrinks behind you until it's nothing but a star in the void of space. Then, your heart drops. Your next step doesn't touch ground, but instead you plummet. The shock of the fall pulls you out of your slumber, and you're back on the street--somewhat. It isn't exactly how you left it. You're standing there squeezing your sword while there are guards are your feet, bleeding and bruised. Your allies are calling out to you, trying to get you to stop.

"But I--..." You look around to see people in a panic, so you sheathe your weapon. "How did this happen?"

I got away, but not fast enough. While I was ****, my body must have acted on its own. What would have happened if I did go towards the light then? Who was that woman? I have a horrible feeling that I don't want to know. I did everything I could.

Yin wraps herself around your arm and begins pulling you back. "Quickly. We should get inside."

"I will heal those in need," Amara says. "Everybody else go."

Still stunned, you don't react. Niki has to grab you and start pulling you towards the door. Peony watches with concern, and the rest of your group follows behind. Amara does as well once she's finished. You head through the door, and it closes behind you.
