Leave the castle.

The chaos outside has just concluded. There is destruction all around you, but your allies are alive. The first thing you see is Nyllia standing over the body of the fallen Flame General. She turns to you as you pass through the gate, and you're unable to carry Dajy any longer. You fall to your knees, tilt your head back, and exhale loudly.

One by one, everybody makes their way over.

"Is the Demon King...?" Alice asks.

You nod. "He's dead."

There's a wave of relief over the army. You look down at Dajy, and your heart brightens as her eyes flutter open.

"Well hello there, my dear Kyle," she speaks softly.

You smile. "Me holding you in this position. It doesn't feel right, does it?"

She reaches up with her hand, and strokes her nails down your cheek. "Perhaps not, but I'll allow it this one time."

Her succubus harem flocks around her and takes her off your hands. As the relief hits you as well, you collapse onto your back, and stare up at the sky. It's still sunny and blue. The grass feels like a pillow. You never want to leave this position. Your mind and body have been pushed to their limits, and now that you're finally free, you don't even know how to feel.

Your eyes then spot something in the air. Flying away from the castle is what looks like a tiny island with a structure on top. You rub your hands over your face, but it's no illusion of your mind. There's a chunk of land floating away from the area. No way. Is that an airship? No. That looked like earth and stone. Don't tell me William has some sort of floating island fortress...

Suddenly, you're scooped off the ground. Zazra lifts you with one hand and smiles. "Let me carry you," she says. "I think you're done for the day."

Nyllia sheathes her blade. "There were prisoners down there. I'll make sure everybody gets out alive."

Bill and Phil salute. "We'll come with you, Lady Tesgella."

Meanwhile, you look to Yin standing nearby Ithic's body. She looks deep in thought. From above in the oni's hand, you call down to her. "Hey, Yin! Are you all right?"

She looks to you. Gradually, a smile appears across her face. "Yes. I don't think I've ever been better... Master." She curtsies politely. "Thank you for everything."

"What do we do now?" Eva asks.

Her father speaks up. "A great evil was defeated today before it could spread. This is a moment for celebration, but we still need to focus. Once Lady Tesgella and her men return from the castle, we should head back down the mountain and rest. There is much to be discussed back in civilization."

"And not to mention what we saw overhead," Yaera chimes in.

"You saw that too?" you ask.

Delphi lands on your shoulder. "Yeah. There was totally a big mass of land hovering over the castle. A rope came down, and I saw somebody climbing. There was too much going on for me to investigate, but did you see anything inside?"

"William," you mutter.

"You're joking."

"I'm afraid not. He came in to help. We probably wouldn't have survived without his help, but then he like... sucked out Sa'dis' soul or something before leaving again."

Vivi ponders silently to herself. "Strange," she mumbles.
