Have a dinner meeting.

It's an early meal, but eventually, everybody is home. You munch on some boar, all while you eye over the gloom daisy Amara found a nice, small jewellery box for. It rests in the middle of the table--a prize for all to see. Though, you don't mention how you earned it exactly. Mistress Dajy had some in her home, which does make sense considering where they come from, and she was kind enough to give you one.

"So, now that we're chilling out, what did everybody manage to discover?" you ask. "We already got one ingredient. That's a quarter of the way there already. Anybody know where we can hunt a wyvern or a violet spider?"

"I believe the best course of action to find a frost lotus is still to travel to Morniwo," Amara says. "As I said before, they are not incredibly difficult to find. We should simply be able to travel there, retrieve it, and then come home, in about a week."

Snow speaks up. "The bad news is that violet spiders are both extremely rare, and dangerous. I did manage to discover the location of where one may be, however. I wouldn't recommend going alone. It's more than a week away, and sources say they're not easily take down."

"She said earlier that one is likely more difficult than a wyvern," Alice says.

"Indeed." Snow nods.

"You know, we do want to finish as fast as possible, but we shouldn't rush too much," you say. "I think just a couple of us should grab the lotus, and then everybody else who can fight should strike the other. You say it's tough, but it would have to face, let's see... Alice, Niki, Eva, Amara, Delphi, Snow, me... Though, if things go poorly, it would be nice to have fighters at Silverleaf. You know things are never easy."

"When I say dangerous, I should remind you of our own levels," Snow says. "I believe we're all at least or around 6th level. I have confidence that even a few of us could eliminate a single giant spider, especially since that would be our only target."

Amara raises her hand. "I uhm... have a suggestion."

"Oh? Of course."

"I would like to be on frost lotus duty if I may. Not only am I an elf as well, but it is possible that my mother..."

"Say no more," Niki says. She slaps her hand on Amara's shoulder. "You've got the job."

She smiles, and then she turns her eyes to you. "And if I may, I would like to have Mr. Warren as well."

"Pardon?" Eva asks.

"I believe that our skills will cover any obstacles we come across. Mr. Warren and I will quickly travel south, retrieve the flower, and then return home. I will provide support as always, and he will protect me with his blade."

"So that would leave..." Snow mutters. "Ah, yes. Me, Alice, Niki, Eva, and Delphi to hunt the spider."

Delphi lays back on the table. "Keep me safe from cobwebs, and I'll tie that spider up and make him beg for mercy."

Niki slouches forward, resting her chin in her palm. "Aw man. Splitting up again already. I can't wait till this Demon King is toast so we can stop separating all the time. I kinda miss when we would just lay around and play Truth or Dare."

"You miss that, huh?" Delphi smirks.

Yin salutes. "And I will tend to the home as always. Both Peony and Jelly will be safe with me."

"Thanks everyone," you say. "I guess we'll set off first thing in the morning. And don't worry, Niki. After this, all we need to do is find a wyvern, craft the weapon, and we're all heading to Sa'dis together. Everyone. I have a feeling we'll need all the help we can get."

"No Demon King will keep us away from each other any longer!" Eva shouts, leaping to her feet.

"That's right... and I'm sure that'll be the end of our troubles."

Niki turns her eyes over to you. "You say that sounding so worried, but who would be able to trouble us after that? We'll be the heroes who defeated the Demon King. People will cheer for us as champions of the empire. Don't look so glum. I think this really is the end of our troubles, like you said."

"Don't jinx it."

"I'm also excited to have the time to figure out a bunch of other stuff," Eva explains. "Like about Alice's creator."

Alice looks down nervously. "No... It is fine."

"Or about me," you say.

"Yeah. Some chick yanked you from Earth and experimented on you, right? What's the deal with that?" Niki asks.

Delphi shrugs. "Well, if the Demon King knows anything, we'll make him talk."
