Mackenzie tries to intervene

The girl holding her top seemed to get tired of waiting for Angie to come out of the water. "Time's up!" she shouted, tossed the top to one of her friends, and jumped into the pool feet-first, causing a splash that sprayed water over the nearby onlookers. Angie squealed and dodged away as the girl started grabbing for her bikini bottoms.

"No! Stop it, Sarah! There's people everywhere!"

"That's the point, silly!" the girl teased, making another attempt to grab Angie's only remaining covering. Angie danced away again, but a second too slow, and the girl managed to snag one of the ties that kept her bottoms on. They didn't come off, but the knot came untied, and Angie screamed and grabbed the corner of her bottoms to keep them from falling and leaving her naked. That also meant she had only one arm free with which to cover her sizable breasts, which caused fits of giggles from the spectators.

The girl who had grabbed her bottoms didn't look like she was giving up. Another few moments, and Angie might actually be stripped naked in public. Conscience won out - or possibly just Mackenzie's desire to not lose her lifeguard gig. Marching up, she pushed a pair of girls aside to insert herself into the group. "Okay, very funny, that's enough," she declared loudly. "Give her back her top."

Sarah paused in her attempts to strip Angie to look up at Mackenzie. "Why should we?"

Mackenzie thrust out her impressive chest. "Because I'm the lifeguard and I said so."
