Escape and evade.

Frank had warned her just minutes before, told her that there would be repercussions if she didn't cooperate. A shudder ran down Max's spine at the thought of his hands on her again. Maybe it was just a coincidence, random inspects were not unheard of and she doubted he would even be able to put together something like this.

"Ma'am, please step off the bike," the cop's voice interrupted her thoughts. Gone was the professional tone of his voice, his once bored apathetic glare replaced by a lust filled leer, as if he was sizing her up like a piece of meat.

Considering cooperating with the police was the thing that got her in this mess to begin with Max was in no mood to play around. Coincidence or not she had no intention of getting off her bike.

"Sure," she replied, smiling sweetly at the cop. He couldn't help but smile back thinking that in just a few moments he would be fucking the living shit out of her tight little body. He never saw Max's attack coming, little more than a hard shove, unexpected and with an unnatural amount strength from a girl Max's size. It was enough to send him tripping backwards over his own feet. Before he even realized was going on Max had snapped her sector psas form his hand and was already ten yards away peddling hard.

"Fuck!" the cop yelled picking himself up from ground.

Max's heart pounded as she punished the pedals of her bike. A wide grin on her face she twisted her head back to make sure nobody was following her. The sector pass was undermanned and she had made sure to veer into a crowded alley. Confident that they didn't even bother to try to chase her she headed towards Jam Pony. First she'd show up at work,and make sure Normal wasn't going to fire her, then she'd figure out if Frank really was behind the Seattle PDs sudden interest in her.
