Below is a list of all named characters in this work with a short description, organized by faction. The purpose of this list is to act as a writer's resource, for anyone who would prefer to cross over characters into their own branches. They're listed mostly in order of appearance. I'll be working to keep this list up-to-date, though it may sometimes lag behind. You can click a name to jump to their first appearance in the story. Names in bold feature as main characters with their own routes.

Faithful of The Holy Church of Merridan

• Clara Fauxbright: the head of the church and an angel in disguise. Female. Blond, blue-eyed, with a super hourglass figure. Gains wings and a halo when out of disguise. Dutiful and diligent, but naive to a fault.
• Broomi Jean-Bromide: the confessor of the church, a human. Female. Brunette, brown-eyed, with a petite, limber body. A tomboy with a mischievous streak.
• Ursula Wilmette: the counselor of the church, an angel in disguise. Female. Purple-haired with steel blue eyes and a soft body with ample bosom and hips. Gains wings and a halo when out of disguise. Strict, impatient, but secretly, very eager to break loose.
• Guyld St. Vendigeld IV: a noble lady and patron of the church, a human. Female. Green-haired with deep green eyes and the body of a slender beauty. Classist, arrogant, but good-natured at heart.
• Guyld St. Vendigeld III: mother of Gulyd IV, she is a noblewoman and mother, a human. Female. Green-haired with deep green eyes and the slowly aging body of a mature woman. Even more classist, even more arrogant, and quite wicked in her ways.
• Bonnie Jean-Bromide: mother of Broomi, she is a humble gardener, faithful to the church, and a human. Female. Brown-haired with brown eyes and a shapely body for an older woman, almost rivaling Clara's. Soft, unassuming, quiet-spoken.
• Cherubin: a priest of the church and angel in disguise. Male. Black, bald, handsome, with white eyes that glow when he speaks with the voice of Geod. Cryptic and a bit annoying to deal with.
• Doubles: an agent of the church and a demon doppelganger. Female. Her real form is unknown; her appearance changes daily. Giddy, girlish, and a good friend of Cherubin.
• Pardoo: a holy paladin, one of very few in modern times. Male. Blue-eyed, fair-skinned, and handsome, usually dressed in full plate mail. Stalwart and strong, but moralistic and clueless.
• Mikkel Wilmette: an eccentric inventor employed by the church. Male. Purple-haired with clear blue eyes and a fair, slender body. Gains wings and a halo when out of disguise. A free-thinker and unabashed nudist, his genius is tempered by a strange sense of whimsy and love for the erotic.
• Eri Hattler: a middle-aged parishioner of the church and former caretaker of the songstress, Piper Farrhenway. Female. Married to Henrick Hattler. Has sandy-blond hair, gray-colored eyes, and full lips. Old-fashioned, she has none-the-less taken up the church's initiatives along with her study group.
• Henrick Hattler: a middle-aged inn-owner, faithful to the church. Male. Brown-haired, balding on top, yet hairy elsewhere, with a thick, rotund body. Although he is married to Eri, he is hopelessly in love with 18-25 year old women. Makes great hamburgers.
• Candice "Candy" Elmlighter: an adult nun. Female. Her hair is black and mid-length with pink extensions and swaps out her nun habit for a green fetish version while at work. She runs a store called Nuns vs. Plain Whites and is happy that the church is embracing her own risque hobbies.
• Yoressie: an agent of the church university. Tall and dark, with long, glamorous, wavy hair. Shrewd and stern, she is the type of person people respect and rely upon, but the recent strange events of Merridan **** her to be flexible.
• Matthew: a brother of the church who works at the university. Married with two children, Lila and Dustin. Somewhat irresponsible, he and his partner are getting in to the town's festivities.

Companions of The Knightly Order of Dyna

• Dyna Montague: the captain of the knights and an imp in disguise. Female. Purple-black-haired with red eyes and a shapely shortstack build. Gains small, curved horns, bat wings, and a pointed tail when out of disguise. Rambunctious, bold, lewd, and powerful.
• Ro Wulder: a knight's apprentice and a human. Female. Black-blue-haired with blue eyes and a lanky, boyish build. Silly, but admires Captain Dyna deeply.
• Roi Wulder: a knight's apprentice and sister of Ro, a human. Female. Black-blue-haired with blue eyes and a lanky, boyish build. Has bad work ethic but a strong sense of justice.
• Mympho: a low-ranked knight, but also a demon illusionist in disguise. Male. Black-haired with beady dark eyes and a burly build. Becomes yellow, slimy, and grotesquely fanged out of disguise. Sadistic and ambitious.
• Ralli Hellknox: a barracks sergeant and demon deathspeaker in disguise. Female. Dark-haired with scarred eyes and a dark-skinned, muscular build with a nice ass. Eyeless with a mouth split at the cheeks when out of disguise. Her muscle is actually armor that may be shed. Cold and harsh towards her students, but with a caring side.
• Bella Tasteasy: a knight teacher and braineater in disguise. Female. Pink-haired with hidden eyes and a bodacious body. Grows many eye-stalks, pink skin, and a monstrous mouth when out of disguise. Flirtatious.
• Harvey Dustaine: a knight student of Ralli, human. Male. Orange-haired with a young, but large and muscular body. Strong and passionate.
• Harley Dustaine: a knight student of Ralli, human, sister of Harvey. Female. Orange-haired with a boyish build. A hard worker and admirer of Sergeant Ralli.
• Liam Baldwin: a knight student of Ralli and human. Male. Blond, green-eyed, with a slim, unimposing body. Arrogant and crafty, he has little fighting capability but is capable of devious plots.
• Hyte Blackleather: jailer of the main watchman's post, an elf. Female. Sandy blond, green-eyed, with the slender body of a college girl. Timid, straight-laced, and poorly suited to act as a jailer, her greatest skills are memorization and filing.
• Arty the Spider: a storied knight. Male. Black-haired with thin but toned features; his lower body has been replaced with mechanical prosthetics. Sly, sarcastic, a bit flirtatious, and dismissive of the church.
• Alia Baldwin: a knight student of Bella and human. Female. Blond, green-eyed, with an hourglass figure. Manipulative and good at deceiving others with a friendly face.
• Medelyn Rozelyn: a knight student of Bella and human. Female. Silver-haired with gray eyes and a short, athletic body. She is descended from a long line of noble duelists.
• Zaida: a former mercenary, newly employed by the knights. Dark-haired, dark-skinned, and relatively plain in appearance and behavior. Supposedly from a place called Homestead, she is trying to find her place as a fighter in Merridan.
• Dan: a male knight who works the town's admittance point. More jolly than he first seems.
• Edie: a recruiter for the knights. Tanned, with curled brown hair in a low braid. Friends with Tivra. Flirtatious and friendly.
• Tivra: a recruiter for the knights. Tall, dark-skinned, with black hair in an undercut. Slightly more focused as a knight than her friend, Edie.
• Marama Pupihi: a sergeant in the knights. Big, dark, and broad-shouldered with close-cut black hair and an easy grin. Tough on his students, but well-liked, he has great pride as a knight.

Servants in The Demon Lord's Army

• Palas Dark-Eye: a spy and demon illusionist in disguise. Female. Silver-haired and tall with ivory skin and a glamorous figure. Wears a wrapping to hide one black-and-red eye. Her shrewd, secretive nature is at odds with her closeted exhibitionist tendencies.
• Lydins De Geomorte: a vampire who poses as a count. Female. Dark haired and golden-eyed, with tan skin and a slender figure. A talented painter who seduces young women on a nightly basis.
• Calcot Guillotine: a dullahan who lives in the forest east of Merridan. Female. Red-headed with golden eyes, short stature, and small breasts, but curvy hips. Lonely, she takes humans' heads as living "trophies" and stores them in her cottage.
• Isolt the Lord Herald: a captain of the royal knights of the capital and a dark angel in disguise. Female. A black-haired beauty with red eyes and black wings hidden by her magic amulet. Powerful and fiercely devoted to the Demon Lord, but ignorant of the ways of humans.
• Madwick: a channeler in the demon lord's army. Male. Mysterious and snake-skinned, he bundles up in a cloak to hide his form, rather than wearing an amulet. Over-confident in his abilities and persistently horny.
• Bootilina: a succubus in the demon lord's army. Female. Brown-haired with a big belly, big butt, and small boobs. Her conventionally seductive qualities were drained from her after repeated losses to Dyna and she now harbors a grudge.
• Markil: a royal knight who journeys with Isolt and Madwick's company. Male. Grumpy with little patience for Merridan's latest obsession.
• Brynda: former leader of the defense loaners, resurrected as a zombie and bound to the service of a necromancer. Muscular, scarred, and pale with messy black hair. Killed by Dyna in the past, she's come to peace with her **** but remains a grouch.
• Lynus: a powerful demon necromancer who calls himself The Puppetmaster. Short, feminine, and blue-haired with large, red eyes. He is a hermit who never leaves his mansion, but dreams of controlling the city.

Others

• Brocken Jean-Bromide: adopted brother of Broomi, training to be a knight, but an incubus in disguise. Male. Black-haired with blue eyes and a wiry but muscular build. Grows small wings, pink skin, horns, black eyes, and a monstrous curved cock when undisguised. Sulky, he opens up to no one but his sister.
• Postucles: a history professor at a prestigious college in Merridan. Male. Bald with a curling brown mustache, stocky and barrel-chested. Loves to hear himself talk and, even in these times, cares more about knowledge than sexual relief.
• Gedd: the leader of a band of ten thieves. Male. Brown-haired with brown eyes, with a tan, lean, but muscular body. Hates angels and the church due to past trauma.
• Stubs: a henchman in the band of ten thieves. Male. Short with curly black hair. Proud of his skill with rope, likes to call himself "the Knot Man."
• Lionel: a henchman in the band of ten thieves. Male. Huge, bald, with a slack-jawed stare. Very simple-minded, he follows Gedd's orders without question.
• Sylvia Spanks: a drow from a foreign land. Female. Very short (4'5") with dark skin and shoulder-length silver hair, small breasts, and a huge ass. A teaser who especially loves to mess with the knights' jailer, Hyte. ((Crossover character by Hambo... read more in Losing it All!))
• Nina: a simple pickpocket. Female. Black haired with a ruddy complexion and a curvy body in its mid-thirties. A repentant (but not reformed) kleptomaniac who struggles with her instinct to steal.
• Ernst Coppershell: a former naval officer. Male. Balding with a weak, boney body. A crotchety hermit who likes to spy on his neighbors using an old scope from his naval days.
• Piper Farrhenway: a travelling songstress. Female. Youthful with teal-colored hair, green eyes, and a freckled complexion. Plucky, well-traveled, and unusually agnostic with few ties left to the town of Merridan.
• Faul: a lookout who works for Mr. Hattler. Male. Huge and mysterious, covered from head-to-toe in armor. He is poor-spoken and bemoans his career choices.
• Chloe Aitell: A former nun who now sells enchanted trinkets. Female. Brown-eyed, wears her red hair braided. Foul-tempered and lewd, she is estranged from the church due to misuse of inquisition tools. She has mysterious connections to Bella Tasteasy.
• Eposi Nsukula: an administrator in Merridan's educational system. Black and dreadlocked with a colorful manner of dress and great womanly blessings. Likes to be complimented.
• Marisol Palacio: head of Merridan's postal system. Brown-skinned with dark, curling hair styled to one side, she has great womanly blessings. A smiling woman, she is used to getting what she wants.
• Dvorah Basch: chief coordinator for Merridan's waterworks. Tan with straight, brown hair and a pair of beauty marks upon her face, she has great womanly blessings. Her mannerisms are confident and challenging.
