A year of fun in another town

Sam had a lot of friends and family. They come by the house every so often to hang out, have dinner or take weeks off during the summer or winter somewhere up state. It so happened that her wealthy and highly eccentric aunt, Clara, had a change of plans in her busy life. This recent change was going to leave her city apartment undesirably unoccupied for a whole year and she had no plans to rent it out to complete strangers. After learning of Sam's graduation, her relatively charitable family member insisted on letting her stay there while she sorted herself out, convincing her parents that a change of scenery could do her some good. Sam was ecstatic when she received her parent's consent, and she was on the next flight the moment she got her ticket to newfound freedom. Her aunt welcomed her into her new temporary home away from home, showing her the ropes of the neighborhood and the chores, before subsequently leaving the teenager alone to her devices after the first day of settling in. She was given the keys to her aunt's kingdom with little to no conditions, an all expenses paid experience with an oddly large donation into her bank account as 'compensation' for looking after her place, and not a single adult around to supervise.

It was spoiling of Aunt Clara to lavishly gift her such a thing, but Sam was not at all complaining. She could hardly wait to start out her new life of adventure. She started it out by walking around almost completely nude, her new uninhibited cravings making her touch herself any time she wanted while fantasizing about all the nasty things she could do. It did not matter where she did it, whether it was on the bed, the couch or her legs spread wide open by the tall windows. She did not at all care of who may be watching. In fact, she really hoped someone was.
