A new meta-human threat

Nora West-Allen, the superhero XS, zipped into view. This was the kind of thing she'd never grow tired of. Suspicious activity had been reported at a bank, so a superhero had to come to the scene. Barry was letting her deal with this, even if he was watching from a distance in case things went south.

A meta-human alert had been triggered. A woman had walked into the bank, gone up to the teller, and an automated alert on the system had pinged unusual activity. Their best guess was some kind of mind control or hypnosis, some sort of influence; the teller was adding more and more money to someone's account for no adequately explained reason.

Nora ran inside, relying on her sped-up perceptions to take in the scene.

It was easy enough to find the target. Even if she didn't know the station that the activity had been reported from, most people seemed bored or impatient when dealing with their respective tellers. One woman, though, was smiling contentedly, meeting her teller's eyes throughout the illicit transaction.

So, some kind of psychic influence... Step one had to be break the connection, stop her controlling the teller, and in her experience distance usually sufficed for that.

In the blink of an eye to the outside world, the woman vanished in a streak of purple and yellow lightning, only to reappear in the middle of the street outside. The dark-suited XS came to a stop facing her, a good few metres away.

What was it she was meant to do next? Some snappy one-liner, try to talk to her... Ugh, she was out of practise at this, especially in a time more used to her father.

"You have to know that's illegal, right?" Nora said.

"Fun though," the woman shrugged. "What, really going to judge a girl for wanting a bit of spending money?"

"If you steal it, yes!" Nora said.

The woman sighed. And then...

It might have been light. Nora wasn't sure; she'd spotted glimmers in the air near the teller, though they were so faint and minor it might just have been her imagination. Like light reflecting off random molecules, rather than any sustained beam.

Maybe fireflies. Nora suddenly saw them once more, though... they didn't seem the same as the ones surrounding the teller. Maybe a different colour? It was hard to make out the colour.

All Nora knew was that, in that instant, she felt the **** urge to get out of her clothes. Never mind that it would be embarrassing, she just had to be rid of it.

She didn't pay attention to the woman turning and walking away; instead she looked down at herself, lightning flickering from her hands as she struggled to undo the various zips, stripping it away as quickly as she could.

Once the top was undone, left hanging open in the breath before she pushed it all the way off, she quickly struggled with her bra. God, why was she even wearing that? She squeaked as she threw it away, and then super-sped her suit down to her feet, stepping out of it and her panties all at once-

And then the spell was broken, and Nora froze for a long panicked second, no longer moving at her heightened speed.

Wait, what the-

Why had she done that?! Nora yelped. Why would she ever just take everything off?! She was in the middle of the street!

Sheer shock dominated her thoughts for a long few seconds, before she remembered she could move. For that moment she stood, arms crossed over her chest in an instinctive, inadequate gesture of nervousness.

And she stood there, with every inch of skin exposed, feeling the air against her legs, her back, her eyes wide as she shivered. Oh god. One of the city's speedsters in action always drew attention; the female speedster suddenly stark naked...

Then she squealed and vanished in a streak of lightning. A second later and there was another streak of lightning as she reclaimed her suit; anyone capable of hearing someone moving that fast would have heard frantic whimpers.

Sometime later at STAR Labs, Nora was dressed in her casual clothes, topped with several layers of jackets and jumpers just to make absolutely sure, and refusing to meet anyone's eyes.

"It's ok-" Caitlin tried to say, soothing. Nora squeaked.

"Can we- can we not talk about it?" she said.

Caitlin hesitated, but nodded.

Meanwhile Cisco was at work on the computer. Even without their satellite, he could still get a fair bit of information.

A minute later and Barry streaked into the lab, fully suited up as the Flash. He pulled his mask back, a little breathless.

"Did you get her?" Nora said.

"Uh..." Barry said. He stumbled.

"Please tell me you didn't end up naked too," Iris said, watching from the side of the room.

"N-no!" Barry said quickly. "No, just... I, uh, kinda let her go."

"What?!" Nora yelped.

"Not intentionally!" Barry said. "Or at least, I don't think... I got the power-dampening cuffs onto her at super-speed, to avoid any other risk of her getting away, but once I slowed down she looked at me and, uh, asked me to let her go, and I... kinda..."

Nora squeaked, cheeks heating up. So not only had she ended up naked in front of the city, but the person responsible was still out there?

"Huh," Cisco said. He paused.

"The cuffs were working, I'm sure of it," Barry said. "There was no way she should have been able to use her powers."

"Unless she's not a meta," Caitlin said. "Maybe it's like Spencer, something tech-based."

Suddenly Cisco was back to facing his computer. He typed a few lines, clicked frantically, then finally pulled up what looked like a hospital record.

"Good thought!" Cisco said. "Was this her?"

He clicked open a social media account. Nora squeaked at the memory.

"That's her," Barry said. "Who is she?"

"Erin Nicole Foster," Cisco said. "Woman who the bank account all the money was being funnelled into belonged to. Can tell she's not a career criminal; my guess is she got her powers at the satellite crash, and's just started using them for fun. Speaking of..."

He clicked back to the hospital record.

"Apparently a bit of a daredevil," he said. "Had a metal plate put in her skull after a nasty injury bungee jumping. Which, that could be the meta-tech, imparts some sort of psychic power or something."

"So..." Barry began, then trailed off.

So if she wasn't technically a meta-human, they had no easy way to remove her powers. But if this was meta-tech, they had no way to remove the source of her powers either.

Not good.

"Was she in the city when the satellite came down?" Iris said.

"Think I saw something," Cisco said. He clicked back a few times. "Yes! She was, uh, apparently found streaking. A dare from her friends that went wrong when, well, flaming rubble started falling from the sky. That's what they said at least. Erin wasn't exactly happy to be hiding out naked when she couldn't run home. Which, hm..."

"You think it's connected?" Caitlin said.

"Would make sense," Cisco said.

Their tones had dropped slightly. Barry recognised it; they'd worked together long enough that they didn't always need to complete thoughts. Sometimes they just checked views with one another.

"What? What is it?" Nora said.

Her voice was still a bit high-pitched from her unexpected earlier nudity.

"Powers manifested always seem to somehow reflect how they were gained," Caitlin said. "With Erin, I don't think she has full mind control like Grodd. It seemed to be more... impulses. Short term, simple suggestions, and if I were to guess I'd say those were limited too. Take what happened to you, she made you take off your suit-"

"I remember," Nora squeaked.

"But that doesn't really tie to what she did to the bank cashier or Barry," Caitlin said. "It distracted you, but there are a lot of other things she could do to make you let her go. But it's easy to make a connection between what happened to you, and what happened with her; maybe it's easy for her to just influence someone into ending up naked."

Oh. Great.

"Not shway," Nora mumbled.

"And what about what happened to me?" Barry said.

"You just let her go when she asked?" Caitlin said.

"Kinda, yeah," Barry said. "It just didn't feel right to keep her there."

"Maybe it's... friendship. That ties in too," Caitlin said. "She makes you think you're her friend. Must be what happened to the teller too; you both wanted to help her."

Cisco turned back to his computer, clicking through different windows as Caitlin spoke. Nora yelped as one bit of research led him to a news article with a (thankfully blurred) photo of Nora's display.

"Ok, that's what she does," Barry said. "How do we stop her?"

"Working on it!" Cisco said. "Some kind of telepathic nullifier, tweaked to apply to tech... Give us time!"

Cisco and Caitlin worked late. Long after everyone else had gone home, they stayed trying to get the device working. If they could block Erin's powers out from affecting someone, they could at least do enough to get her into the Pipeline. When she was there she wouldn't be able to affect anyone else.

She was too dangerous to put anywhere else, with how impossible it apparently was to dampen her powers.

Cisco worked on the physical tech in one room. Caitlin was next door, going over what data they had from Nora's and Barry's suits, seeing if it told her anything more about how Erin's powers worked.

"How's that going?"

Wait, whose voice was-

Caitlin looked up, then her eyes widened as she saw Erin standing in front of her. Long dark hair, a smile that seemed more playful and amused than malevolent, but undeniably confident all the same.

How was-

Wondering about that could wait. Eyes wide, Caitlin hurriedly started to pull her dress over her head. She just needed to get out of this, then...

Erin watched, amused, as the scientist started almost to tear at her rather conservative attire. A glimpse of pale skin, a black bra hastily discarded, matching panties pushed down to the floor...

Until Caitlin Snow stood nude, then turned her attention back up to Erin-

And remembered. She squeaked, about to shout, when Erin looked at her again.

"Relax," Erin said.

Flushing furiously still, Caitlin lowered her arms. She whimpered, standing still on the spot. At least the desk meant Erin could only see the top half of her body, though a total stranger seeing her tits wasn't any less embarrassing.

Oh god, she wanted to cover up, but somehow she just... didn't want to actually do it. Caitlin flushed.

"How are you- why are you..." Caitlin said, nervous.

"Fun," Erin shrugged. "The Flash mentioned STAR Labs, thought I'd check it out. See what kind of stuff the Flash gets up to. This is definitely a fun start."

"What are you doing?" Caitlin squeaked.

"Oh, that?" Erin glanced down; Caitlin's cheeks reddened further. "No idea how the hell it works, but fun huh? I can make someone embarrassed, or I can make someone want to help me like I was their friend, or, well, I can switch their priorities. Make them want to do the one thing they'd never do; like you, right now. Bet you really want to cover up huh?"

"P-please," Caitlin squeaked.

"So you'd never just stand there and expose yourself," Erin said. She shrugged. "And I bet you'd also never want to go check up on that friend of yours in there."

She gestured with one hand, and Caitlin nodded mutely.

And then found herself walking. It was strange; she absolutely knew that this was the last thing she wanted to do. Not only was she giving Erin a view of her departing ass, but she was going to walk into full view of Cisco as she was.

And even knowing that, she also knew she somehow wanted to do it, precisely because she didn't want to do it. It was bizarre.

Flushed bright red, Caitlin walked into the room. Cisco turned, apparently expecting an update-

Only to falter as he took in the full-frontal view of his friend. Caitlin blushed furiously, trying to pretend that he wasn't there.

"Uh, Caitlin-" Cisco said.

"Don't mind her," Erin said.

She walked in the room behind Caitlin; a quick look at Cisco made him relax, leaving him seated and Caitlin stood stark naked at one side of the room, two sets of eyes on her.

And now she couldn't even tell herself that at least Erin hadn't seen her pussy. Caitlin stayed bright red.

"You're my friend now, right?" Erin said to Cisco. "What do you do around here?"

"Provide support," Cisco said, as though he was talking to someone that was meant to be there. "Occasional superpowered assistance. Naming people mostly."

"Names, huh? Do I have one?" Erin said.

"Not yet, didn't know enough about what you did," Cisco said.

"Do you want to tell him?" Erin said; she glanced over to Caitlin.

Flushing, Caitlin found herself nevertheless relaxing. At least she was only naked in the company of her friends, even if they were seeing too much of her.

"She can create three states in someone," Caitlin said. "Embarrassment, doing something they'd Never do, or creating a Friendship."

"Ooh, tricky one," Cisco said. "Give me a moment."

"ENFgirl?" Caitlin said. She fidgeted slightly. "Or ENF-woman? Something like that. Describes her powers and the, uh, effects."

"Hey, I don't tell you how to do your job!" Cisco said. "What's ENF anyway?"

"I, uh," somehow Caitlin managed to get redder. "Doesn't matter. Just, never look at Killer Frost's search history."

Cisco frowned, but shrugged it off.

And that was when Caitlin was allowed to remember that Erin wasn't really her friend, and immediately squealed; apparently Erin had stopped bothering using any of her powers on her as Caitlin was free to hastily cross one arm over her chest, saving one hand to try and hide her pussy.

But with Erin in the doorway, there was no way to escape the room and get back to her dress or, well, any clothes. Caitlin whimpered.

Apparently Erin just wanted her around for the show.

"Guessing you know a few secrets," Erin said. "Could ask her, but she's much more fun when she's all blushing and squirming, so I'll ask you. What can you tell me?"

Caitlin stayed stark naked against the wall, unable to do anything but desperately try to cover herself with her arms, despite both Erin and Cisco regularly looking at her, as Cisco answered.

He told her everything. About what they did, their contacts in Star City, the Legends, other earths... All the friends they'd made, all the people they were in contact with, or keeping track of...

And when he was done, Erin was smiling.
