Chapter 5 by Rowenar Rowenar

What's next for Erin? Does she stay in Central City, or visit some other corner of the Arrowverse?

Stay in Central City

"You know, all of that sounds fun, but I feel like sticking around," Erin said. "Lots to see here, right... was it Caitlin?"

Caitlin somehow managed to flush even redder, shrinking back against the wall with a squeak. Her eyes darted around the room, as if some labcoat or garment was going to appear out of nowhere.

Yep, Erin definitely wanted to stick around. There was just one problem...

She shifted, moving into the room and reluctantly turning her back on Caitlin.

"Mind if I use your computer for a second?" Erin said.

"Sure," Cisco said.

"Just got to google a trick," Erin said.

It was something she'd seen in movies. Hopefully it'd be easy enough. She typed and read, skimming down the page so that she had a gist, before straightening.

She turned, rather unsurprisingly seeing the nude Caitlin having run to the adjacent room. Erin moved back, idly sending a wave of embarrassment over and making Caitlin drop the dress she was trying to get back into with a whimper.

"Let me guess, you just sent up the Flash-signal?" Erin said.

Caitlin flushed again, nervously crossing her arms in front of her body.

"He'll be here before you get away," Caitlin squeaked.

"Counting on it," Erin said. "Why would I want to get away?"

Caitlin's eyes widened-

And there was a streak of yellow, the Flash stumbling to a halt, taking a moment to be distracted by the naked, frantic scientist.

"Erin," the Flash said.

Erin smiled. Caitlin had named the three aspects of her power, 'embarrassment, 'never,' but most usefully of all now, 'friendship.' She focused...

"You can relax," Erin said. "Take that mask off. We're all friends here."

Theoretically embarrassment might've had the same effect, but there was something more satisfying about having the Flash semi-willingly reveal his identity. More than that, it'd be harder to place his face, but if they were friends...

"You have me at a disadvantage," Erin said. "Erin Nicole Foster. And you?"

"Barry Allen," he said. "Sorry, got an alert to come here,-"

"It's ok," Erin said. "But while you're here, could you zip me back to, ooh, your place? Couple of things I need to do."

"Alright, things look ok here," Barry said.

Caitlin looked almost more shocked than when she'd ended up naked. Almost. Erin waved, smiling, before vanishing in a flicker of lightning.

The one disappointment would be the fact Caitlin would be able to get dressed, now that Erin was further away. Ah well, she could fix that later.

It took a moment for her to catch her breath when Barry dropped her off back in... huh, so this was the Flash's apartment? It was almost amusing; she knew how many people wanted to know his identity, but now he thought she was a friend her had no reason to hide it from her.

"Barry?"

Both Barry and Erin turned, to see a woman in the same apartment.

"Iris," Barry said. "This is Erin. Erin, Iris, my wife."

"Just helping out with a problem," Erin said. She sent a slight wave of 'friendship' to Iris, calming her.

On one hand she could just get Iris naked with a thought. What was the point in having her powers if she was going to let women keep their clothes on around her?

Alternatively, though, she could see how far she could take this.

"Can I use your computer for a second?" Erin said.

Barry nodded, walking her over. She tilted the screen to face away from him, opened a window to browse without leaving any marks in his internet history, and started typing.

And while that was going...

"Hey, we're friends right?" Erin said.

"Of course," Barry said.

"So could you do me a teensy little favour?" Erin said. "Your wife out there. Use your superspeed, rip her clothes off and bring them in here."

"What?!" Barry said. "Why- why would I..."

Erin sighed. "You're far too boring."

He didn't react to that at least. That was the advantage and disadvantage with 'friendship,' there was nothing she could do to spoil their opinion of her, no matter how many people she made end up naked.

But equally, she could only make them do things they'd normally do for friends. Apparently the Flash was above using his powers for actually fun things. Pity.

Then again...

She focused on the computer for a few seconds before turning back.

"Unrelated note," Erin said. "That other speedster you work with."

"XS," Barry said.

"Could you call her over? Wonder if she knows how to actually have fun."

Barry nodded; Erin laughed to herself, genuinely amused. The Flash really was everything people said. He'd give his identity up to a friend, happily introduce people to one another, but he drew the line at using his powers for selfish pursuits.

He didn't go too far away, using his phone to call up 'XS.' In less than a minute an excitable looking woman shot into the apartment; Erin quickly focused on her.

She still remembered stripping her; it'd take a little to make her relax.

"I'm Erin," she said.

"Nora," XS said, taking off her mask. "Wait, aren't you-"

"Yeah, yeah, reputation precedes me and all that," Erin said. "Water under the bridge. We're friends aren't we?"

"Why wouldn't we be?" Nora said.

Perfect. Erin took a moment to look back at the screen, then turned back up.

"Just wanted to see if you're any more fun than your... whatever he is," Erin said.

"Dad," Nora supplied.

Erin blinked, looking between the two. Huh. Well, she'd heard stranger from Cisco.

"Iris out there," Erin said. "Could you do me a tiny little favour, as my friend, and superspeed her clothes off? You can bring them in here when you're done."

"Shway!" Nora grinned.

What the hell was that supposed to mean?

Whatever the case, Erin couldn't argue with the results. There was a sudden flash of lightning, a sudden shriek from the next room, and a slightly out-of-breath Nora returned, garments in hand.

"Nora!" Barry said.

"Happy to help," Nora said.

"But that's- you can't just-"

"Shh, take it easy," Erin said.

And... done! She shut down the window, turning back.

Huh, Nora was definitely more fun than her father if she could be talked into that. Maybe there was resentment between her and Iris, or maybe she was just a touch more irresponsible with her powers. Or maybe both.

Either way it was something to remember.

Erin stood up, brushing past the two speedsters just in time to see Iris's ass as she hurried to her room.

"Hey!" Erin called, biting her lip to stop from laughing at the panicked squeal.

And... She used her 'never' power; with someone behind her, the last thing the naked Iris wanted to do was stop and turn around to show off the rest of her body. So, naturally, that was precisely what she did.

A whimper escaped Iris's lips as Erin regarded her. Oh, she was definitely going to enjoy sticking around Central City, between Caitlin, Iris and Nora alone.

"I need a lift back to STAR Labs," Erin said. "Kinda urgent. Barry, you bring Iris. Nora, I'm all yours."

That time the journey seemed less disorienting. Maybe she was getting used to it. Either way, her new friends took her back to where Caitlin and Cisco waited.

Caitlin, but now, had slipped back into her dress. It didn't last. Almost the moment Erin arrived, she focused and sent two waves of embarrassment out.

Caitlin once more lost her dress with an increasingly frustrated yelp. And, right beside Erin, Nora once more exposed herself to the world, struggling and using a bit of speed to get out of her costume, squeaking.

Erin wiped her brow. This was starting to get a little tiring. Oh, she could keep it up for a while yet, but why bother?

"Hello again everyone!" Erin said, moving to the centre of room. "Before all the boring accusations and fight scenes, and the even more boring getting dressed, can I just say something?"

They were starting to shake off her influence; it wasn't like she was reneweing it. Well, mostly, a dash of 'never' kept Caitlin, Iris and Nora wide-eyed and squirming and nude.

"Just set up a few automated emails," Erin said. "That's point one. If I don't stay free, your identities are getting leaked one by one. Caitlin Snow, Cisco Ramon, Barry Allen, Iris West-Allen... Consider that an incentive. I've got to keep stopping those messages from being sent."

"I'm not giving you free reign of the city," Barry said. "No matter what you-"

"What, you think I'm one of those wackos that wants to blow up the city?" Erin said. "I don't want to destroy Central, I live here. And I don't want to rule it or whatever either, god, can you imagine how tedious that would be?"

"You were robbing a bank," Barry said.

"Girl's gotta make a living," Erin said. "And it's not like I was hurting anyone. Nah, I just want to enjoy life. You keep doing whatever it is you do, I won't stop you. May even help you if there's someone cute involved. Just wanted to make sure you wouldn't get in my way, and maybe crash here. It's a nice place."

Barry hesitated. Apparently he wasn't used to meta-humans that weren't trying to kill someone.

Caitlin, meanwhile, stayed red-faced, staring incredulously. Iris and Nora stood beside one another, their attempts to cover themselves almost a perfect mirror; protectively Iris stepped in front of her daughter, hiding Nora's body from Erin's view and biting her lip, fidgeting awkwardly.

"And what about us?" Iris said. "Why are we..."

"More fun, nicer to look at," Erin shrugged. "Take your pick. And that's going to be my condition too. I'll keep your secrets, and in return you don't arrest me for wanting to make a living, and every woman not called Erin Foster has to strip down when she's coming to work here. Save me the trouble of having to do it."

To punctuate her words, she sent out a dash of 'never.' Never could normally be a bit unpredictable to use, at least unprompted; she couldn't guess what someone didn't want to do at that particular moment, generally speaking.

But almost universally, once she'd gotten someone naked the one thing they absolutely would never do was to simply drop their arms to their sides and bare everything, no matter how humiliated they felt.

Erin glanced around the room, smiling. Yep, staying in Central was a good move.

"At least if you get naked, you can try to cover up," Erin said. "Is fun to watch, I have to admit. Though this is a fun sight too. Do we have a deal?"

How does life in STAR Labs go?
