What happens to Issei throughout the day?

A King's Conversation

"It's good seeing you here, Rias," Sona said as she signed off another piece of paper. "Is there a reason as to why you're here?"

Rias approached her desk, her arms crossed on her chest. "Can't I come visit a childhood friend?"

"You don't normally visit me while I'm doing paperwork." Sona stopped doing what she was doing, her pen falling to the table. "In fact, what was it you said when I became Student Council President? 'Boring?' wasn't it?"

"That was just a joke," Rias said. "I wanted to talk to you, Sona."

"May I know what you wanted to talk about?" Sona asked. "Rate it on a scale of 1 until 10."

"I'd give it a high 9," Rias said. "It's about a newly found devil in our school."

Sona raised her eyebrows in surprise. "Are you joking?"

"Would I be joking?"

"Probably."

"I have proof," Rias said, taking out a flyer from her skirt. "This here, appeared on my table when class ended. Source and reason unknown, any thoughts?"

Sona examined the paper closely, tracing her finger against the arcane symbols written on it. After a few minutes, she stopped, sitting straight in her chair.

"This is strange, Rias," Sona said. "This paper here, it appeared randomly, didn't it?"

Rias nodded. "I don't know why though, the paper's written in a script even I can't read."

"Let me see." Sona raised her hand over the paper and whispered a few incantations, a blue circle eclipsing the paper. After a few seconds, she lowered her hands, a look of concern on her face.

"What did it say?" Rias eagerly asked.

Sona shook her head. "Mostly garbage. Ineligible and full of typos. However, there is one line here that seems interesting."

"Well then, spit it out."

Sona looked at her with minor contempt. "Patience is a skill to which you lack, Rias. Anyway, the line, written in an Archaic Language, says something about a new Sacred Gear wielder."

"Really?" Rias asked, her eyebrows raised in surprise. "How did it go under our noses all this time?"

"That, I don't know," Sona admitted. "I'm sure that this new Sacred Gear wielder slipped under our radars. Worry not, Rias, as the location of this person is close by."

"How close?" Rias asked, anxious.

Sona adjusted her glasses. "Outside our door."

Just what is this Sacred Gear nonsense?
