Celebrities V.S. the Memo-Ray

Change their memories

Chapter 1 by Personolo Personolo

John Smith was your normal, everyday perverted inventor living in Hollywood. Every day, he would look out the window of his tiny, overly expensive apartment and watch the staggering amount of unbelievably hot celebrities pass by. Eventually, it simply became too much for him, and he couldn't resist it any longer. Thus, John created the Memo-Ray.

The Memo-Ray was a ray gun that had the ability to steal the memories of any celebrity and store them inside the gun, leaving them nothing more than amnesiac husks. These husks could then have their memories replaced with those of another celebrity or, using the gun's easy-to-use software, artificial memories created by the user. On top of this, using the gun's revolutionary reality augmentation technology, the celebrities' new memories would affect the world around them. If they were amnesiac, nobody would remember them; if they were convinced they were the richest person in the world, several trillion dollars would suddenly appear in their bank account.

The memory creation software can also easily be used to edit memories that are currently stored within the gun, including its "Exaggerate" option, which can be used to exaggerate the existing memories until they exist as nothing more than a one-note, usually sexualized stereotype of their most prominent personality trait.

Satisfied with the gun, John walked out of his apartment holding it with both hands. He looked around for a celebrity to test it on and suddenly saw _______ walking across the street.
