He changed the rule that says "Only females can get pregnant" to "Males can get pregnant but the child that they have well always be a male" and before his eyes every single female in the world turned into a male (animals too). Next he added a few rules: "All creatures are naturally kind.", "All creatures can choose to get or not get pregnant.", "All fetishes are socially acceptable except guro.", and "No food or water is required for life to live."
