Well she doesn't want to give up her vacation

Kara did her best not to stare. Or rather, to stare while pointedly keeping her gaze fixed on Lena's face and trying to ignore the sudden abundance of very pale flesh in her peripheral vision. Lena looked back at her questioningly.

"Kara?" she said. "Is something wrong?"

Being able to think at superspeed had its advantages. Kara wasn't sure how long she might have stammered otherwise.

She'd agreed to all this because she really did need a vacation, and she wasn't sure if Lena had neglected to mention the details or if she'd been too caught up in the excitement to react when Lena had mentioned, but either way she hadn't been remotely mentally prepared for a nude vacation.

Her eyes flicked down. She couldn't help herself. Kara gulped.

Yes, that was Lena alright. For a moment she was too distracted by the many new aspects of her friend's body that she could suddenly see in easy, unobstructed detail to remember why she was faltering. Right. Lena wanted her to dress like that too.

Or rather, undress. And what were her options, really? Give up the rare chance at a holiday, hurt Lena's feelings? Or...

"Is everything ok?" Now Lena sounded slightly less certain. "Do you still want to..."

"Yes!" Kara said, far too quickly.

Her cheeks felt like they were on fire. She didn't want to just back out of this at the last minute, but even so...

Her gaze wandered again. Lena was still very much in front of her, somehow completely at ease even knowing Kara could see everything, and even with the window into their (single bed, as Kara's mind wouldn't let her forget) room right behind her. Kara could only imagine what view it was getting of Lena's...

Kara's throat went dry. She started to stammer again.

"Are you getting changed?" Lena said.

Right. That still wasn't going away. Kara gulped again.

Lena still stood there like this wasn't a big deal, expectant, if concerned. It was that look on her face, when Kara focused back on her expression, that made her hurry. She didn't want Lena to miss out on the holiday.

The whole nude resort thing had caught her by surprised, hit her pretty hard, but surely it couldn't be as bad as all that. Lena was a public figure after all, and she had fairly refined tastes. It wasn't going to be anywhere sleazy. Hopefully, too, nothing would ever leave the resort's walls.

Just Lena, she told herself. She could manage just Lena seeing her naked.

Kara quickly took her top off, before she could talk herself out of it. Once she'd discarded the first item, the rest was a little easier to make herself remove, having already started breaking the taboo.

She kicked off her panties last of all, and put them on a pile of the rest of her clothes, before turning back to Lena suddenly several shades redder.

Lena was smiling. Kara welcomed any distraction from her new, sudden awareness of air against parts of her body that should not be exposed to the air, let alone Lena's eyes.

It was just a vacation, she could manage a vacation. She did need time off, and seeing Lena naked was just something she'd have to live with. It almost distracted her from the fact she was just as nude.

"So, what do you want to do first?" Lena said suddenly.

"I... huh?" Kara said dumbly. She awkwardly crossed her arms, trying to make it look casual.

"Oh, didn't I send you the list of activities?" Lena said. "We can't spend all vacation in our room, that's not a holiday at all."

"Right..." Kara said nervously. "I... guess..."

She didn't like where this was going. She looked around, grateful for the four walls surrounding her, and sidestepped so that Lena was between her and the window. Being naked in here was slightly overwhelming.

But outside?

"So?" Lena said, still startlingly at ease. "Lots of things we could be doing. Do you want to relax to begin with and sunbathe, or try something more active?"
