Well enough for Mackenzie to calm down, at least at first.

Okay. My outfit has been all kinds of ruined, and Ryan saw my bare boobs, but he hasn't called things off, so it's not all bad. Mackenzie reasoned to herself. Her thoughts didn't help her overwhelming sense of embarrassment, but they did help her feel better about how things were going with Ryan. If he was sticking around, then clearly he wasn't put off or driven away by being around someone having as much trouble as the redhead had been having.

The couple were lucky enough to find a spot halfway down an aisle, a few rows back from the center of the theater, giving them a great view of the show. Settling down, Mackenzie relaxed into the plush stuffing of her seat, letting the comfort help ease her racing heart. Reaching over to the bucket in Ryan's lap, she grabbed a handful of popcorn and slowly began to snack on it as the theater's lights went down and the trailers began.

Ten minutes later and Mackenzie had calmed down from her earlier panic. The movie had started, she was comfortable, and Ryan had even slipped an arm around her shoulders in the dark of the theater.

_See? He's still interested despite everything. _She thought to herself.

Feeling peckish once more, Mackenzie reached for the popcorn while keeping her eyes on the screen. Unbeknownst to her, Ryan had set the bucket down on the empty seat on the other side of him as the movie continued on, figuring Mackenzie would get his attention if she wanted more. Unaware of this development, Mackenzie's hand reached down into Ryan's lap, only for her hand to landed on and wrapped around something that decidedly wasn't popcorn. Her eyes went wide as she felt the fabric of Ryan's pants against her palm, _something _stiffening under her touch.

Mackenzie's mind raced into panic mode once more as she realized what she had just done; what she was still doing! What was Ryan going to think of her now?
