I hate this job. I'm either filling out orders for disrespectful customers or cleaning dishes in the back.

But Ming Zhao is always friendly to me. She smiles and makes conversation with me, often with random bullshit like movies or books we liked.

Unfortunately, my boss is this bitch named Milly, and she considers herself Ming Zhao's best friend. She is, in a sense, having stuck with her since high school. But she hates me. She knows about my feelings for Ming Zhao and is convinced I'm not good enough for her.

One day, she decided enough was enough and to make me pay for my presumptions.
