Chapter 57 by dead_account dead_account

I want a girlfriend so bad. Alexa, play Another One Bites The Dust by Queen

Unfinished chapter

The school day passes by quickly enough, fortunately for you.

This whole day was an honest mess in your opinion. The self-restraint contained yesterday was non-existent today as almost everyone in school wanted to learn more about your relationship with Tiffany.

Between classes, during classes, during gym, during lunch- it was like everyone and their mothers wanted to learn more about the guy who somehow managed to steal the head cheerleader captain away from the school’s star soccer player.

Apparently, whatever happened yesterday after your lunch date with Tiffany, with her needing to go to the nurse office and all, it had only fueled the flames of the rumor mill to impossible degrees. Hell, some of the other cheerleaders in Tiffany’s group actually showed up at your lunch table to try to flirt you up to see how you’d compare against Zeke.

To your lack of surprise, most of the girls found you incredibly lacking and made it quite clear that they were disappointed in you. One of them even had the gall to ask how the hell you managed to convince their leader to be your girlfriend.

To your actual surprise, two or three of them actually seemed quite supportive with your relationship with Tiffany. You were also half-convinced one of them seemed pretty into you...

How you managed this, you have no idea. It didn’t do anything to lessen the stress of the situation, that’s for sure.

A fight had nearly broken out when one of your new friends started taking offense at the cheerleaders callous behavior towards you and threatened to bitchslap one of them. It took nearly everything you had just to calm them down so that your group didn’t cause a scene. The few cheerleaders that were friendly towards you even took your side and insisted their friends to leave you alone.

It was a stressful situation and you were extremely tired by the end of it all.

The only solace that you were able to get today was in history class of all places.

Being able to see Bella again, even though she was in her Miss Cardigan persona, was practically a godsend for you. She didn’t smile when you entered the classroom, but you could tell she was happy to see you on the inside. The way she adjusted her glasses at you and said, “Good to see you, John.” The way she enforced her favoritism on you by doing her best to never call on you to participate in class. Even how she went out to say her farewells when you had to leave, “Keep up the good work, John.”

The whole time during history class, she used her teacher powers to **** the whole class to be obedient and quiet the whole time. If someone even so much as glanced your way with the intent of asking about your relationship with Tiffany, Miss Cardigan was already there to glare at them back to focusing on their schoolwork.

Sigh... dear god, you loved that woman. What a pleasant break from the insanity that was school...

Definitely need to remember to buy her a gift later after your date with Tiffany...

After everything was said and done, school was finally over.

With a sigh of relief, you made your way out of the building and absolutely avoided any human contact possible. It was difficult, but you’ve played enough Assassin’s Creed to somehow stealthily disappear within the crowd and hide away from everyone else.

As per your instructions given by Tiffany earlier before school started, you were suppose to go around the building and meet up with her before you began your faux-date.

You could remember her enthusiasm about the whole thing even now, recalling her list of instructions earlier that day...

“So we’re basically going to be driving all around town, visiting every single place that I wrote on my list. You remember the list I showed you yesterday, right?” Tiffany asked, pulling out her notes from her note pad.

“The list of interesting places that Zeke thought was dumb and didn’t want to take you, yeah.” You nodded.

With a smile, she excitedly said, “Exactly! Following your advice from yesterday, I’ve decided that today is going to be entirely all about going to the places Zeke would never have even considered taking me back when we were still going out. I’ll be taking pics and selfies, and then uploading them to Facebook, claiming that all these places were my new boyfriend’s idea and showing them all how much fun I’m having!" Then with a gush, she gave a cute little twirl, "Once Zeke sees how easily you've won me over, his jimmies are going to be totally ruffled!”

“Okay then...” You scratched your neck awkwardly, “So where exactly are we going first today? I remember you have a pretty big list of places.”

Tiffany excitedly put her stuff away before pulling out an extremely long piece of paper, “Here, this is today’s schedule! I wrote down exactly all the places I wanted to go in order from most interesting to most fun-sounding!”

You couldn’t help but blink at the parchment handed over to you. The damn thing seemed almost as tall as you were. You swear it might’ve actually been taller...

“Uh... will we actually have enough hours in the day to go through this entire list, Tiffany? You didn’t accidentally give me the weeklong schedule, did you?”

Tiffany giggled at your joke, “Don’t be silly, John! The weeklong schedule is like ten times longer than this one.”

Jesus Christ, what.

“Besides, don’t worry about time constraints.” She reassured you, “I made absolutely sure to fit everything on today’s schedule as realistically and plausible as possible. We’ll have enough time to visit all these places and maybe even fit in a few more places to visit too if you’re not tired at the end!”

“Oh god, this girl is going to kill me.” You muttered to yourself, studying the schedule for your entire date today.

You were going to have nightmares about that thing for the rest of your life.

Still, remembering how happy and giddy Tiffany was about the whole date kinda put a smile on your face. It was nice to see her acting like an overexcited puppy. It felt a little familiar, in a way...

Sigh... The real question now though, is whether or not you'll have the energy to keep up with her. This was basically going to be the second date you've ever been in your entire life. Even if this was only just a fake date to make Zeke jealous, your lack of experience and knowledge of what to do still made you nervous.

Hopefully, Tiffany will be understanding towards you if you don't exactly act like the ideal boyfriend.

This might not be so bad though... It seemed pretty clear that Tiffany will be taking the lead for this whole operation, so maybe you won't have to worry as much?

You were pulled away from your thoughts when you were startled by a quick honk behind you.

Turning around, you saw Tiffany waving at you with an excited smile in her roofless car.

“Yoo-hoo! Your date’s here, John! It’s rude to keep a lady waiting!” She called out playfully.

You gave a small sigh before waving back with a smile.

Tiffany opened the door and stepped out of her car, revealing to the world the new set of clothes she was wearing. Entirely different from the school clothes she was wearing just this morning, she had changed out to wear some kind of trendy designer casual clothing that made her look... well, extremely hot, honestly.

Her outer clothes was this red sun dress that gave you an extremely generous view of her cleavage, if it wasn’t for the fact that she was wearing a tight black shirt underneath to cover up her goods. Still, the entire outfit left a lot to the imagination since it was so skinny that it perfectly accentuated the form of her entire body. If she told you that she was actually wearing spray paint, you would probably believe her. Complimenting her outfit was an extremely short checkered pattern skirt that just barely stopped at her thighs. It was so short, you had a feeling that if you bent down even an inch or so, you’d easily be able to see up her skirt.

You couldn’t help but stare dumbfounded at her body as she walked towards you, your ape mind having it’s neuron activated as you fantasized what could possibly be hiding underneath such layers.

Tiffany has to snap her fingers in front of you to snap you out of it, “Hey, my eyes are up here you know.” She giggled.

Realizing you were creepily staring at her, you gave a blush and glanced away, “S-Sorry! The new outfit caught me off guard. I couldn’t help but stare.”

Tiffany seemed to appreciate that, doing a quick twirl before ending up in a cute pose as she bent forward in front of you. With a wink, she asked teasingly, “You like?”

Jesus Christ, she was so fucking hot.

“Uuuhhh...” You responded tactfully and sophisticatedly. Truly, a man of verbose vocabulary, you are definitely not.

“I thought you might.” She giggled, before explaining, “I did a quick change in the car to prepare for our date. Since we’ll be taking a lot of pictures, I wanted to be on my A-game on the fashion department.” Then she suddenly snapped her fingers as she remembered, “Speaking of...”

Turning back to the car, she opened the door to the backseats and pulled out some kind of big designer bag before handing it over to you.

Curious, you looked inside to see a fancy pair of men’s clothes.

“I’m going to need you to wear this on our date.” She explained, “It completely compliments my outfit and we’ll look really cute together.”

White undershirt, fancy looking jacket with designer brand logo on the back, ripped jeans-

Er... these seems a bit...

“I don’t think I’m confident enough to pull off clothes like this... honestly, I think I might end up looking really... tacky?” You told her nervously.

“Don’t be silly! I bought these with you in mind!” Tiffany reassured, “Trust me, once you wear these, you’ll be the coolest kid in the block.”

You gave a hesitant look back at the clothes again, before giving a great big tired sigh.

Guess you don’t have a choice. She’s the one taking the lead in this date after all, she’d know better than you...

Scratching your neck awkwardly, you then asked her, “So should I go change in the restroom then, or-“

“Actually, we’re in a bit of a rush...” Tiffany quickly interrupted as she looked at her phone, then quickly compared it to her schedule list. “If we’re going to have time to go through our entire list today, we need to get started on our date right at this second.”

Putting her stuff back in her skirt pocket, she pulled you towards her car in a rush.

“Woah, hey!” You called out, startled and unprepared from the sudden rush.

“You can get changed in the car while I drive. It’ll be quicker that way.” Tiffany hurried you along, “Come on, John! Octotopia is our first stop and they just recently announced a guest star showcase! I wanna go see what it’s all about!”

“Okay, okay! You don’t have to tug at me, I get the picture!” You tried to cam her down as you hurried along with her.

“This is going to be so much fun!” She giggled back.

Her excitement was infectious as ever, and you couldn’t help but feel the same way.

You took a dubious look at yourself in the passenger seat’s mirror, studying yourself as you donned your new outfit.

“See, didn’t I tell you how cool you were gonna look?” Tiffany cheerfully asked as she drove the car, “You’re totally pulling it off! I’m getting such bad-boy vibes from you~!”

You look like one of those hoodlums that fathers warn their daughters not to go near at all cost because they’re worried you might **** them at a club. Something tells you that if you ever walked out of an alleyway in front of someone in this outfit, fifty percent chance you’re going to be sprayed in the face with pepper-spray. Guaranteed.

The scariest thing about all of this is that it somehow perfectly fits you. You don’t remember ever telling Tiffany what your body size were, and you have no idea how she knows.

For some reason, she seemed to know a lot about you than you ever expected a girl who’ve you’ve only been together a few days with to know. It was freaky.

Was she a psychic or something? A mind reader?

Ignoring that thought process for now, you took a glance at your outfit and said, “Honestly, I think we have different tastes in clothing styles. I am not feeling this outfit at all. It makes me look like a gangbanger that mugs old women.”

“Oh please, that’s only because you haven’t seen it side by side with my outfit yet.” Tiffany scoffed dismissively, “Trust me, once we start taking photos together, you’ll see what I mean.”

Unconvinced, you still sighed and pulled the mirror away, “Alright... if you say so.”

“Oh! We’re here!” Tiffany excitedly exclaimed, just as the sign to Octotopia came into view.

A big giant cartoon octopus ripped straight from a knockoff Mario game was plastered on the sign, with the octopus using its tentacles to point to the nearest parking space.

Tiffany had this big giant grin on her face as she haphazardly drifted her way into the parking lot and somehow managed to perfectly Ace Ventura her way into a parking space without killing you both.

You had this great big urge to yell LIKE A GLOVE, but you kept it to yourself since the joke might be lost on her.

I’m tired
