The world reacts

Iris was reading through the latest news when an alert she'd placed for XS's name popped up. She clicked over, curious; it was always good to know her family were heroes, even with time travel weirdness involved. What was XS's latest feat?

She clicked the page. She froze.

And there was her daughter. The picture quality wasn't the best, but it was still easy to make out who it was. Not by the costume though, oh no, but Nora's face and mask and her were clear enough. As was the rest of her, photo after photo, nipples as small dark blurs on very apparent boobs, the grainy dark skin making it clear she had no panties on, even more obvious in the pictures that showed her ass...

And she was just standing there? The whole city would be seeing these! Iris faltered in disbelief.

It felt like she had to do something, she just didn't have a clue what. It was already far too late to stop the spread of the images, given the steady stream of alerts she was getting.

Spencer couldn't be happier. God, XS was adorable normally, but she looked better nude. The same could be said for a lot of people. She scrolled through her collection of photos, and then grinned even more as more footage of the new speedster's latest heroics came in. Her control had stuck. Rather than put on the, admittedly fashionable, dark blue and white suit, XS would be going nude whenever she wanted to be a hero from then on. She looked forward to all the images that were bound to come in.

Slipping one hand between her legs, Spencer kept scrolling through photo gallery after photo gallery, mind alight with the possibilities. What headline did she feel like writing next?

"Sara. You are not going back to Central City just because you saw a news article with a naked woman in."

"Spoilsport."

"What's going on?!" Iris said, slightly frantic, as she made it into STAR Labs. A mystified trio looked back at her. "We think it has to be a meta-human or something," Caitlin said. "She's just suddenly needed to be naked whenever she's using her speed. Not the rest of the time, not when she's just Nora, but when she's XS."

"The hard part's convincing her something's wrong," Barry said.

"It's all over the news," Iris said. "Does she know?"

"I don't think she cares," Barry said. He hesitated. "We're working on it."

"Working on it?! Our daughter's naked body has been shown off to the whole city and probably beyond, we need an answer hours ago!"

"Or," Cisco interrupted. He coughed. "We could... not."

Two rather on-edge parents suddenly turned to face him. Cisco jumped, raising his hands.

"Hear me out!" he said. "If something has stopped her wanting to be dressed for now, how will she feel when we cure it, knowing she's been exposed to so, so many people? To both of you, to us, and all the photos... It might be easier if she isn't embarrassed, for her. It's not like it's stopping her being a hero."

Iris opened her mouth to speak, before Caitlin interrupted.

"All of which is theoretical," she said. "We don't know for sure it is a meta-human, let alone if we can reverse it. We need to run a few tests first."
