The mall

With both Mackenzie and Ryan being high school students, they didn't exactly have a lot of funds to work with. So a simple date at the mall sounded appealing to both of them! First they'd grab dinner in one of the restaurants, then they'd have some fun at the arcade, and finally they'd finish the night off by seeing a movie.

Ryan parked the car and quickly hopped out in order to open the passenger side door for Mackenzie. She blushed slightly at the gesture. "Why, thank you." she said in a flirting tone as she slid out of the car, failing to notice the tiny bit of jagged metal on the seat belt buckle. The bottom of her shirt brushed the sharp metal as she stood, and a single thread got snagged on the seat belt.

"No problem." Ryan said, his eyes focused on Mackenzie as he slammed the door shut, inadvertently locking the trailing purple thread firmly in place.

The two held hands and headed towards the mall's entrance, neither aware that Mackenzie's v-neck shirt was now slowly unraveling behind her. The t-shirt only came an inch or two past the top of her jeans, so it wouldn't take too much time before Mackenzie began showing some skin...
