The Weekend Comes

The weekend finally comes as the morning sun finally rises. You awake and do your normal routine. Take a shower, get dressed, and brush your teeth.

You go downstairs to see your wife and son eating breakfast together. You join your family in their meal, eating in silence. When you finish, Mark says he is going to go to his friends house, and Tina is going to take him so she could also leave for her business trip.

You feel relieved, as if a weight was being lifted. You could take the pill in complete isolation and silence. Your wife and son leave, and you immediately go to your room and make a plan.

You go through your wife’s clothes and find a nice dress and some underwear. You hope to God that they will end up being the same size. You remove your clothes and lock the door.

You open up a drawer and find the bag with the tiny pink pill inside. You open the bag and place the pill in your hand. Here goes nothing, you think to yourself as you pop the pill into your mouth and swallow.
