The Principal's Playthings

Principal Tom J. Decker was the mastermind behind the program that shaped Shieldcrest's social atmosphere. He was the one who sponsored the development of the device created by extremely horny students, as well as the system that took hold of the entire school to the liking of every male faculty member and student there.
