Natasha still owed the organizational few favors, even though she insisted on doing work exclusively with the Avengers. She still needed to complete a couple of things that were less than sparkling clean.

The one she needed to do currently was dealing with a high-ranking Hydra member only known as Sin.

Shield had gathered information that stated that Sin and several other high rankings Hydra members would be meeting in Tokyo.

Natasha would be sent in undercover to either capture or **** Sin.

All she needed to do was gear up.
