Shelley Collins (Raising Hope)

Shelley Collins is the first cousin of Sabrina Collins-Chance and a recurring character in Raising Hope. She is portrayed by Kate Micucci.

Shelley previously worked stocking shelves at Howdy's Market, but eventually quit and opened a daycare for babies, dogs, and elderly people. Shelley got a dead tooth one day while she was still working at Howdy's after she was accidentally hit in the mouth with a can by Frank.

Shelley and Sabrina lived together for several years before Sabrina, Jimmy, and Hope moved into Sabrina's grandmother's house. Shelley was in a relationship with Frank online for a long time, but neither of them knew who the other was because they wore masks (hers was a horse and Frank's was a baby).

In the fourth season, during the grocery Olympics, Shelley and Frank figure out that they had been the horse and baby. At the end of the episode, they share a kiss and it seems likely that they begin dating afterwards.

Although she doesn't seem particularly close to the Collins, Shelley is very close with her cousin and the Chance family. One of Shelley's babies that she babysits, Hope Chance is most likely very close to Shelley, since Shelley's was the first name that Hope said. In the third season's "Modern Wedding", Shelley serves as Sabrina's maid-of-honor. She also likes to sing and play her ukulele a lot.
