She'll fly

Kara decides, the roof doesn't matter right now. She blasts through the roof making a huge boom with it. She is speeding away when she finds herself slowing down. She is now falling. She can't find out why. She hit the ground and was sent flying, she slid into an alley. She can barely walk. She notices a bit of kryptonite jammed into her heel. She wanders how. Her body stiffens. She can't reach her heel. Why she asks. She makes it on her feet, and realizes her situation, she's missing her underwear now. People are staring too. Her face is bright red. She can't do anything, moving is a pain but, she can't just stay there.
