Chapter 7 by yearends yearends

Your life really is a hentai now, isn't it, you incestuous slut? So what's next for humanity's nascent goddess?

The end of the world

Impact Day.

Just as with the start of the uploads, everyone agreed that it was must-see viewing. The drones outside the space station housing the servers that kept humanity alive in some form had been temporarily diverted away from maintenance. All the post-upload diagnostics were finished. Every human being who wanted to live on in the simulation was gone from Earth.

Ultimately there had been a few of those who had sworn to remain who changed their mind at the last moment. Millions more, however, had stayed behind, taking huge stocks of food, potable water, monitoring equipment, and everything else necessary for survival into bunkers, underground shelters and caves, waiting for the impact and hoping they would be able to emerge onto a livable surface afterward. The rest of humanity both prayed for their survival and considered their choice foolish.

Many people had chosen to watch the impact on huge screens created in large public areas, congregating in crowds to see the terrible spectacle. Others stayed home, not wanting to show the horror they would feel to anyone but their close friends and family.

You'd agreed with your parents that it would be best to be separate for the event. The moment would already be emotionally charged; neither of you needed to add your discomfort with each other to that mix.

So instead you sat on your couch, Sam on your right, your tentacles caressing her breasts and lightly stroking her labia.

Fucking as Rome burned.

You looked over to the comfortable chair to the left of the couch and felt just a tiny pang of jealousy.

Not that you begrudged Alex and Drew anything. Alex was clearly enjoying having her now-boyfriend's substantial dick in her ass, resting against his chiseled chest even as Drew played with his girlfriend's boobs.

Drew hadn't been at all jealous or put out by the fact that you'd fucked Alex before he'd even been uploaded. After all, you all had been uploaded first--just luck of the draw in your family's case--and given how randy the simulation made all of you, he didn't blame either of you for wanting to relieve your urges.

Besides, he enjoyed taking your cock up his ass too.

Not as much as you enjoyed taking his, though. You hadn't thought about it beforehand, but having both a prostate and a G-spot substantially increased the pleasure you felt from anal, which is why you wished you could be sitting on Drew's lap, his cock in your butt, while Alex sat on yours, riding your dick. Instead your shaft was pleasantly hard, jutting up from your crotch, waiting for your other visitor.

A buzzer sounded and you turned to the table next to the couch to confirm that it was who your enhanced senses told you it was. "Come on up, Tina," you said, tapping the screen to unlock the front door of the building.

A few minutes later, Tina, who after another week and a half was every bit as capable with her long, sinuous tail as she'd ever been on two legs, slithered into the apartment, shucking her clothing as soon as the door closed and arrowing for your lap. She nestled your cock in her own ass while the tip of her tail, reaching up from where the rest of it coiled on the floor, gently nudged your tentacles out of the way and began slowly pumping in and out of Sam's slit.

Tina practically purred as your displaced appendages got to work on her own tits and pussy.

"So do you think there's any real hope?" Alex said, not really expecting an answer, just wanting to fill the time before the asteroid came within visual range of the exterior bots.

"This thing's bigger than anything that we know has hit Earth before," Tina said. "I doubt anything bigger than a bacterium's going to survive this."

You, Drew and Sam all nodded. There was really no point trying to speculate on what would happen. The space station had been positioned far enough away from the planet not to be damaged by the hit; the rest was up to nature.

The newsreader on the screen wrapped up his rundown of events, primarily a report on the successful diagnostics and a reminder that post-upload allowances for creating certain materials freely would end in two weeks' time, and the feed cut to a composite view from the drones.

The asteroid had just come into view. It hurtled toward Earth.

The gas giants, which had diverted so many such bringers of doom, this time had only served to accelerate it, the rock skimming off their gravity wells, its path being altered to set it on a direct collision course with the third planet.

The moon, so often Earth's last line of defence against such impacts, scarred from countless hits of its own, was caught on the wrong side of the planet.

Nothing stood between Earth and ****.

The event was more horrible than anyone could have anticipated.

Trace elements in the asteroid's crust ignited upon contact with the planet's atmosphere, setting it ablaze, the oxygen-rich environment now proving horrifically destructive as the air itself was set alight. The rock, undaunted, plowed downward, impacting the surface, sending up **** dust, causing massive seismic events, disrupting tidal systems the world over.

Everyone watched, unable to tear their eyes from the apocalypse at hand, as their former home burned to a crisp.

The newsreader came back on, clearly struggling to maintain his own composure. He didn't bother to recap what everyone had just seen.

"There were..." He had to pause, sniffle, wipe tears from his eyes. "There were no survivors. Those who stayed behind..." More tears. "Those who stayed behind were... the shelters collapsed. They were..." Sniffles. "They were buried alive even as they burned to ****." The feed cut just as he broke into unabashed sobs.

All of you had frozen. Where ten minutes before you'd all been contentedly pleasuring each other, now nobody could even think of sex, not when the last hope of return had been so brutally and mercilessly extinguished.

Alex was the first to move. Hopping up off her boyfriend's lap with alacrity, she raced toward the bathroom. Moments later all of you heard a familiar sound.

Each of you joined your sister shortly afterward, filling the toilet with vomit, unable to control the simulated physiological reaction to such a traumatic event.

--

A few hours later, once you'd all calmed down somewhat and had a little time to collect yourselves, you sat around your dining table, slowly enjoying Drew's chicken cacciatore.

"So this is it," Sam said. "We're all that's left of humanity. Simulated minds running on huge supercomputers in a space station."

"Using bodies programmed by horny perverts who clearly think that there should be a lot more sex than there used to be," Tina added.

"Feels like it'll take a week before I'm ready for any of that again," Drew noted, and you nodded agreement. Neither of you had felt even a flicker of sensation from your penises since the impact, and you knew it wasn't because anything had been altered about the simulation. It was just a natural emotional response to what had happened.

"It'll be fine, honey," Alex assured him. "We're all gonna need time to get through this."

A ping sounded, and a message popped up on the touchscreen embedded in the table. "Seems like The Powers That Be know it," you said, projecting the message text above the surface as a hologram. "They're extending the forbearance on economic activity for another four weeks. Didn't think it would be quite that bad."

You all nodded. Everyone knew that certain policy decisions were made on the basis of aggregated data compiled from the emulated brains. It was clear that that data showed that an attempt to return to normal would be unfeasible for much longer than had been anticipated.

"Do you think you could reconfigure the space, sis?" Sam asked. "Just for tonight, hopefully."

"We can figure something out once we're done with dinner," you said, and everyone else nodded. Tina clearly was eager to curl up in bed with you, but you understood that Sam would want her own space, as would Drew and Alex.

Looking around the table, you silently pulled up a casual multiplayer game, something that could be enjoyed at a sedate pace, and the five of you played it as you slowly finished what was really a delicious meal.

Inside your thoughts churned. You were still getting over the shock of seeing everything you'd known so suddenly snuffed out of existence. But on the other hand it meant that you were free to take advantage of what you'd done. You'd still have to be careful about it, but there was nowhere to send you back to now. There had been no provision made for ejecting someone out of the simulation once the ground links were severed, no way to delete someone without their consent.

No way to hold someone who could alter how the simulation functioned at will.

None of you were particularly interested in post-dinner conversation, or gaming, or any other activity. Drew and Tina both wanted to spend the night rather than return home, but instead of sharing your huge bed the way you'd done a few times already, you reconfigured your living room to have a bed for Alex and Drew, and your gaming room to have a small bed for Sam. Tina still would share your bed, but she made it clear she wasn't interested in anything raunchy.

Which was just as well, since you weren't, either.

Once you were all abed, actually wearing pyjamas for the first, and possibly the last, time, Tina asked quietly, "So now that we're all stuck in here, got any ideas for what you're gonna do?"

"A few," you replied, equally quietly. "I'll have to think on them. But not tonight. It's not something I can focus on right now."

"Then let's get some sleep. We'll all feel a little better in the morning."

You nodded and, setting the timer for when you wanted to regain consciousness, fell instantly asleep.

But seriously, humanity's a simulation now and you control it. So what are you going to do?
