Playing games.

It soon becomes pretty clear to me what Piya is up to when she finds a space in the crowd somewhere in front of me and begins to aggressively make up with her boyfriend. No lead up to it just putting her tongue as far down his throat as she can in an as obvious public display as possible. I’m certain Piya’s boyfriend hasn’t been clued into her plans at all when he tries to pull her off him and watch the band perform instead. Still, she won’t leave him alone in front of me and continues to pester him in her over the top affection. When she’s not trying to kiss him, she is dance up against him even worse than she did with me. After a few short minutes, he begins to get annoyed and goes off to the bar to grab some drinks instead. Getting a pint for himself and a Smirnoff Double Black for her.

I leave her to her games and instead rotate myself to another section of The Loft. I’m lucky that the club is large with several different bars and areas. Each time I switch where I’m working through, Piya soon tracks me down bringing her boyfriend in tow to begin her outrageous kissing and fondling again. The guy tries to deal with it by beating a number of retreats to the bar for more drinks to get away from her. So much so that I can tell all the rapid-fire drinks are starting to have a toll on him.

It’s with a certain sort of malicious glee that before the next time I switch locations I tell the bouncer replacing me to keep an eye on Piya’s boyfriend who I refer as some guy and to watch him for intoxication and kick him out if necessary. My plan coming to fruition when Piya again finds me back at my original location next to the stage, only this time without her boyfriend.

I catch her glaring at me this time. The first direct indication from Piya that she knows I’m here. I had thought she might give up her little plan with her boyfriend being evicted from The Loft but instead, she starts to hit on and dance with the random assortment of guys that are around her. When I see her again stick her tongue down one particularly forward dude, I give up on remaining inside the club to see this any longer and head back out to the front door.

It must take her a while to search The Loft for me this time as she comes to the front door nearly forty-five minutes later. Ignoring me she leaves the entrance and heads off down the street. Possibly to go and find her boyfriend I had kicked out earlier. The rest of the night passes peacefully with no issues and no Asian girls trying to make me jealous. I decide to give drinks with the staff a miss tonight. Having to deal with Piya tonight and also Holly last night, I think it best if I just get out of work quickly.

I should have just stuck around to face Holly after all as when I get back to my car, I see Piya squatting down on her heels waiting by the side of my car. She must have been waiting there for me to finish for nearly an hour and a half. As she sees me, Piya stands up and blocking me from being able to open the driver's side door asks me, “can we talk?”

I should tell her to hit the bricks after the crap she’s been pulling with me lately. Running hot and cold for me. Leading me on and teasing me. Having a go at me at uni and then all this crap tonight. The fight she had with Yui over me and smashing a window in her car.

Instead, I exasperated say, “what could you possibly have to say to me now?”
