Peg's Pain

(Shameless plug time. I've got a new story on Chyoa. It's even complete! It's a dungeon crawl with lots of sexy bits. It was a fun project that ended up taking WAY too much time and effort, was still fun though. Given that thus far the story has been about as popular as syphilis I don't expect to do another. lol But a few of you might enjoy the kooky Grimbous style sexy scenes so thought I'd plug it here. Okay, back to the story.)

The drive to Peggy's was nice. You had real hope for your family again. Things didn't seem nearly so broken as they had before. What had happened was only a first step, but it was something. Just being able to talk to Fiona like a regular person had been so gratifying.

You look over to Elsie. "Looking forward to it?"

She nods. "Yeah! Fiona and I have fooled around a bit at family functions but this is the first time it will just be me and her. Well...since...ya know."

You nod.

"Sorry if this sounds crude but...this might be the last, um, pussy I get for a long time. Maybe ever. If things work out with Felix." She watches the trees and sign posts go by. You look at your sister. This Bailey mutation of theirs did put them in an interesting predicament that way. Elsie then asks. "She's very sexy, isn't she?"

"Fiona? Oh hell yes!" You agree. You were pretty sure El knew the sexual crush you had on your older sister since forever.

She sighs. "I wish I could be that sexy. Not like, all the time, just when I needed to be." She laughs. "I'm such a nerd though."

You chuckle too. "El, geez, you ARE just as sexy. Trust me. Just in a whole different way."

"Thank you." She says softly. "I'm sorry you have to be there Jesse, but she still scares me. I need you to step in if things get out of hand."

You shrug. "Glad to do it Sis. Fuck, we are such a weird family."

She giggles. "The weirdest."

You pull up to Aunt Peg's. The Queen, glittering and red, sat in the driveway. You had the roof patched but your aunt had told you that you could use her garage when the weather turned. She said an antique like that should be looked after. You park on the street and Fiona pulls in behind you.

The moment your big sister is out of her car she is walking over to check out your Cadillac. She carried her overnight bag in her hand. You and El get out and walk to catch up to her. Elsie hurries to take the bag from her "master". Fiona lets her take it without even looking down.

"Damn, she's a beauty." Fiona smiles.

"You should come for a ride sometime." You walk up beside her and, taking a chance, just slip your arm around her shoulders. You feel her tighten a moment but then relax.

"Ride? I want to drive this bitch!" She says.

You and El tell her the car's name then you regale her with the tale of your first date with Casey.

By the end she is still looking at the car though she seemed not to really be looking at it. "You like this Casey?" She asks in a low voice.

You grip her shoulder. "Yeah, I kinda do. She's really nice."

Fiona nods but doesn't say a word.

The three of you head to the front door. As you enter you are surprised to see your aunt in the kitchen. She stood over a cutting board, a glass of red wine beside her.

She looks back over her shoulder. "Hey Elsi..." She stops. "Oh! It's all of you!" She puts down the knife and walks over to greet you all. She hugs you and Elsie and then faces your older sister. "Hello Fiona." She says courteously.

"Hello Aunt Peg." Fiona says quietly.

They look each other over. It wasn't so much a tension in the air as a mutual respect.

"You look terrible." Peg finally says. "Have you been eating okay?"

Fiona chuckles. "Just been hitting it hard lately." She looks to you then Elsie. "I'm...I think I'm going to take it easy for a while now."

Elsie speaks up. "My Master is here for me tonight!"

A look of understanding passes between your aunt and little sister. Peg obviously knew Elsie's plan. "Master?" She looks to you. "Well...I guess congratulations are in order young man."

You can't help but smile proudly. Her approval made your heart glow.

She then steps forward and hugs Fiona. "Don't worry. No judgment here my girl. I understand the bind you've gotten yourself in."

Fiona grumbles and shifts uncomfortably. She was embarrassed by it all.

"And El's room is down stairs. I won't even hear you guys." Peg pats her neice's shoulder. "Well, come in. Make yourself at home."

El holds out a hand to direct Fiona. "This way Master. You should shower and freshen up beforehand."

Fiona shakes her head, still not believing this situation she was in. She heads off in the direction of the house's opulent main bathroom with Elsie following close behind.

Peg laughs and shakes her head. She heads back to the kitchen and begins to chop once more.

You follow her and stand beside her at the counter. You see now it was strawberries she was chopping. She had other fruits and berries nearby as well as some whipping cream. She was making a fruit salad.

"Hey, surprised to see you here." You say. "I thought you and Ma were out to a movie."

Peg looks at you. Her face was blank, she says nothing.

"Weren't you guys going to a movie?" You ask.

Even with all of Aunt Peg's impressive self control you see her eyes moisten and hear a catch in her voice. "She...um...is out with someone else." She suddenly turns away from you and busies herself with the strawberries once more. "Helen has a date tonight."

A date? Your mom?

Ohhhhh fuck! You mother was out with Allison! You had been so caught up in your own business that when you told your mom and Allison it was all clear for them to see each other...you didn't event think about Peg! She had told you that she had waited years for your mother. Decades! She said she was hoping they'd be together once all you kids had moved out, now suddenly Allison was in the mix. Someone new. Someone outside the family arrangement.

You step in beside her and lay a hand on her shoulder. "Oh Peg."

She shakes her head and laughs a joyless laugh. "It's okay Jesse. Don't feel bad for me. I'm just being a damned hypocrite, that's all. I've been with other people, she said it was fine. She encouraged it. She said I should." She sighs. "I'm happy...she's found someone she can enjoy like that. Someone...that can...give her what I can't."

"Peg." You say softly. "Did you say it was okay to see other people? Or was that Mom's idea?"

Peg's head drops. She clears her throat as she struggles to contain her emotions. "Your mother is a willful woman. She knows what she wants. She has...appetites." She turns to you, her eyes now sparkling with barely contained tears. "Helen and I... We're not going to be together, are we Jesse?"

Seeing Peg like this broke your damn heart.

You grip her by both shoulders. "I don't think so Peg. I'm so sorry."

You bring her into a big hug. She buries her face in your neck and lets out a sob. Her hands wrap around your back and embrace you tight.

"I'm such a fool." She weeps.

You hold her and stroke her back. "No you're not. You're just in love."

Standing in Peg's kitchen, the smell of fresh strawberries in the air, you hold your beloved aunt and just let her cry.
