Chapter 3 by Conan The Librarian Conan The Librarian

Does the spell work?

Not even close

The spell created the chains, a whirling mass of flaming steel, that began to surround the beast. The dragon had appeared in a semi-human form: the elegant silhouette of an ideal male, but twisted and creepy, with ashen hair and eyes of pure darkness, far taller than a normal man. Claws adorned the end of his powerful hands and black wings raised behind his back. The chains of the sorceress surrounded him like an abrasive inferno, immobilising his body while he stood still. Soon, the fog that appeared alongside him dissipated, and so she was able to see his face for the first time. A handsome and alluring facade that looked back at her amused, a smile breaking the serenity of its features.

"Bondage? So soon?" Said the creature. A decisive movement came from his arms and the chains were broken.

Lunnara felt her eyes widen as sudden terror took hold of her. She began to chant her new spell, but the dragon did not allow her that much. "Silence!" He said. A movement of authority came from his arm and the sorceress felt herself on her knees by ****. Her body dominated by another type of chains and bonded to the floor.

"Well, well..." Said the dragon mockingly as she got closer "What do we have here...? You have marked your scent and fluids on me, mortal. Such a fitting ritual for a betrothed..."

Betrothed!?

His claws caressed her bowed head, like a master would pat a dog, but not his favourite one. "Although, I must confess that an equal marriage does not interest me, not with such a low creature... you shall be more fitting of... less pompous titles."

Is there something she can do?
