Natasha and Wanda

After the events on Sokovia, Tony Stark has the Avengers (minus Banner, Hawkeye, and Thor) meet at the Avengers Compound to make an announcement.

"I know, I'm not really in your good graces right now, but can we put that aside and discuss something that's been on my mind since before Ultron?" Tony began.

"Just tell us why we're here, Tony." Steve Rogers interjected.

"Alright, look. I know I said I wanted to put a suit of armor around the earth to shield it, so we can finally have a day where we don't have to worry whether or not something is going to come to this planet to obliterate it, and also not know if we would be coming home. So, after Wanda's speed freak brother didn't make it (sorry by the way), I thought... Why not just make shields for all of us?" Tony said.

He turned to face everyone and struck a pose as if ready to fight, and a blue glow suddenly appeared around his body.

"Introducing the Stark Nano Kinetic Epidermis. Or Stark NaKEd for short. It creates an impenetrable **** field, yet filters air through it so any pathogens or corrosive gases will not harm you. Probably. Plus it, you know, allows you to breathe. It responds to your reflexes, so as soon as you feel in danger, it immediately powers on and uses your own body's energy to power it. So, make sure you aren't about to pass out when you use it. It can make things... Complicated." he said.

The genius billionaire playboy philanthropist walked over to a table with a sheet over it, and whisked the sheet away, revealing wristbands. The same number of wristbands as those in attendance.

"These wristbands hold the entirely of the NaKEd suits. Once placed on, it will inject the nanobots that will become part of you. Now, I know some of you have powers that enable you to have your own protection or bullet resistance. However, since it is injected, you can use it instead of taxing your powers, whichever you think will help you more out there. Might have to fiddle with the settings so your powers don't interfere." Tony explained.

Black Widow approached first, holding out her wrist. Tony wrapped her wristband on her, and it buzzed for a second before Natasha winced for a moment. The waistband beeped, and Tony removed it.

"Okay, if you want to test it out, just imagine you're in a dangerous situation and you feel ****." Tony said.

Natasha closed her eyes, and a blue glow surrounded her. She opened her eyes and was surprised it worked.

"Okay, now we really test it. Punch me." Natasha said.

Tony shrugged and did as she asked. Of course, the shield blocked it, and caused Tony a bit of pain. Like he punched a brick wall. With a successful test, everyone else put their wristbands on and had the tech injected inside them.

"So, these will work even while you're asleep or doing regular day stuff. It's meant to be at your disposal no matter where you are or who you're with. Danger can happen anytime and anywhere." Tony concluded.

Wanda, aka Scarlet Witch tried hers out and it worked great. Both she and Natasha were the only women on the team, and Natasha didn't even have powers. They found solace in each other's company even though Wanda had been spending time with her new "friend" Vision.

"What do you think? Should we trust this shield will work every time?" Wanda asked.

"Well, I don't want to have to test it everyday, but it sure seems like Tony is calming down a bit. I don't think he would create something that wasn't beneficial to the team." Natasha answered.

Suddenly, Natasha and Wanda's ears began to make a crackling sound before they heard Tony Stark 's voice in their heads.

"Hey, I hope this works. The NaKEd suits also come with built in comms. Awesome, right? Well, it seems there's some kind of disturbance in Malaysia. Terrorists or cartels. Lots of guns and good people in danger. Romanoff, take Maximoff with you. She could use the practice. Shouldn't be too difficult for you both to handle. Keep me posted. Stark out."

Natasha and Wanda's rolled their eyes and went to suit up for their mission. Wanda in her red and black attire, and Natasha in her black skin tight suit. They took a Quinjet and left for Malaysia.
