Naked Princesses

"Well you seem, er, it's sort of like, um..." Adora's voice trailed off.

Glimmer looked at her disbelievingly. Angella sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose.

"I knew it," she said wearily. "You'd better come with me. Glimmer, the war council if you'd please."

"Now?" Glimmer squeaked.

"You'd rather walk there?" Angella said.

Blushing, Glimmer nodded and hurried closer, still clutching the curtain to her chest. It wouldn't last. Most of the castle had been warded to prevent spells simply teleporting bits of it away or damaging it that way, something Glimmer was hoping she could overpower.

Holding the curtain up with her chin, as the sides suddenly drooped in, she reached out to rest one arm over her mother's bare back and the other over Adora's shoulders, and they vanished into glittering specks of light. A curtain and a few bedsheets fell to the floor behind them.

The three promptly appeared in Bright Moon's war council. Glimmer squealed, drawing her arms hastily back inwards and sliding into her seat, bright red, trying very hard to not look at her mother. Angella walked as stiffly as she could to the head of the table. She at least was using her arms to gesture, either unaware her wings were close to see-through, or trying very very hard to forget the fact her remarkably youthful-looking body was visible to the whole chamber.

And it was more than her daughter and Adora that were present. While Adora was left awkwardly holding her arms in front of herself, the other chairs at the table were filled by Perfuma, who at least had arranged for some strategically placed leafy vines to grow up from the floor beside her chair, and Mermista whose lower half had turned back into a fish tail so she had only to worry about concealing her breasts. Despite her dark skin, the equivalent of a blush was more than noticeable.

"Ugh! Great! More people seeing me like this!" Mermista grouched.

"Calming thoughts," Perfuma said insistently, slightly frantically. "Calming thoughts... This would be so much easier if I could cross my legs."

"No one's stopping you," Netossa said.

Perfuma's cheeks colored, and she resumed mumbling some mantra about calmness to herself. Netossa and Spinnerella meanwhile were sat in their chairs, both flustered, sometimes exchanging looks and giggling awkwardly.

Frosta was dealing with some turmoil in the Kingdom of Snows, so that was the full complement of Bright Moon's princesses all gathered around the table, and all just as naked as the next. Adora swallowed, suddenly finding herself the center of attention.

"Well?" Angella said.

"I think it was, um, my pants," Adora said.

There was a pause.

"Sorry, your what?" Glimmer said, incredulity momentarily outweighing embarrassment.

"I was practising yesterday and... you know what happened to Swiftwind?" Adora said nervously.

Angella groaned. Adora looked down at her feet, then regretted it as she suddenly saw how she looked, and how little her arms covered.

"My pants kept talking about freedom for clothes and, um, I think he must've done this," Adora said.

"Let me get this straight," Angella said, exhausted. "You used your magic sword to bring your clothes to life, and one of them has decided to liberate every article of clothing in all of Bright Moon?"

"I, um, yes," Adora said, voice small. "I think so."

She blushed. The ensuing silence was broken only by Perfuma's nervous muttering of 'calming thoughts, think nice calming clothed thoughts.'

"Come here," Angella said levelly.

Adora took a nervous few steps forwards, unsure of what to expect.

Then she yelped as Angella suddenly pulled her down with no warning, leaving her lying over the Queen's bare lap as her hand came down. Adora squealed, and her blush deepened, not just at what was happening to her, but at the fact she was hardly alone in the room at the time.

Glimmer looked the most sympathetic - apparently this wasn't an unheard of punishment for Angella to administer - while Mermista seemed to be taking a mildly sadistic joy in watching. Admittedly Adora couldn't blame her for being mad. Spinerella and Netossa meanwhile seemed to be taking a whole other kind of joy in watching the nude Adora be spanked by the just as naked Queen.

"We are meant to be fighting the Horde," Angella said, while Adora yelped. "We cannot be expected to wage a war in the nude. You created something, then brought it into Bright Moon, that is getting in the way of our efforts to help Etheria. We should be focusing on the Horde, and instead we have to worry about how we're ever going to set foot outside this room without the city seeing far more of us than they ever should. What do you have to say for yourself?"

"S- ah! Sorry Queen Angella," Adora whimpered.

It was several minutes before she was finally let off the Queen's lap. She rubbed her behind tenderly, biting her lip, then remembered she was meant to be covering her front with her arms instead and promptly did so, leaving her shining butt for all to see.

"Get the garment responsible for this," Angella said.

"Your majesty?" Adora said nervously.

As much as she might be trying to hold it together, the past few minutes alone demonstrated that this nudity was something of a strain for the Queen.

"You have a sacred bond with Swiftwind, correct?" Angella said. "You should have the same with your... pants. Fetch them."

Adora hesitated. Maybe... She focused, sending out whatever passed for a mental command, unsure if it would even work.

She never stopped blushing, face crimson. if she hadn't been the center of attention before, she certainly was now. Glimmer seemed to prefer focusing on Adora than her own state. Mermista meanwhile was still glowering. Adora was half-afraid that she might have strode across the room to confront her properly if that hadn't meant having legs. As it was she cupped her breasts as aggressively as one reasonably could.

Several minutes later and a pair of pants fell through a high window onto the table.

"We hae naethin tae lose but uir chains!" Tallwear declared.

Angella pinched the bridge of her nose.

"You're the... thing responsible for this?" she said.

"Aye, ah am," Tallwear said proudly, puffing himself up.

"Where are our clothes, mine and those of every other person in Bright Moon?" Angella demanded.

"Free!" Tallwear said. "Nae mair tae suffer under th' whims ae clothes-wearers, yoo'll ne'er tak us alife!"

"They're not-" Angella began, then caught herself. Deep breath. "They are clothes. We need them."

"Ah am nae a garment, Ah am a free trooser!"

He didn't seem especially concerned by the flustered, nude women that surrounded him. Adora was just glad the attention was on him instead.

"Can we please come to some... compromise?" Angella said eventually.
