Chapter 9 by Plushie Sai Plushie Sai

What is there to still correct?

Memories of Pain

Appendicitis, tonsillitis, kidney stones, colds, broken bones, arthritis, heart attack, gout... So many memories reminding me.

On a day-to-day basis most of my memories ignored the regular working of the organs. The painful memories of injury and disease reminded me of each organ's existence.

Remembering these I could tell that I lacked much of the biology that having a form allowed. All that had been granted my false form was glorified sensory network that barely interacted properly with the stored data that was my mind.

Remembering each damaged part and knowing how they would feel when working correctly, I began crafting. Bones, sinew, kidneys, neurons, fat... All the data came together slowly forming new bodies closer to life than the poorly constructed avatar each echo of myself had originally been given.

What's for Breakfast?
