Luna City (Cyberpunk)

An early isolated sub-sim, Luna City is a massive multi-layered Cyberpunk city surrounded by unclimbable walls that can only be viewed over from the tallest skyscraper penthouses.

It has the same ground-rules as other isolated sub-sims: Hunger, pain, damage, aging, etc. enabled, inhabitants think that it's reality and have sexually exaggerated bodies that they can't edit. However, everyone is fully human and futanari don't exist naturally, but in this sub-sim body augmentation, both for practical and sexual purposes, is common, and you are able to get fully functional genitals of the opposite sex, as well as complete sex reassignment surgery that makes you indistinguishable from those born of that sex. Body swapping surgery is also possible where people can swap bodies with each other. It all comes at a hefty price, though, and this sub-sim incentivizes you to play dirty to get what you want.
