Chapter 3 by TheFastAndTheCurious TheFastAndTheCurious

How does she end up naked?

Kelso being an idiot

Hyde was sitting in his usual spot in the Foreman's basement. Eric Foreman was out, but Kelso was there. The two of them had managed to break into a warehouse just one night before without getting caught.

"Alright, I helped you get your girlfriend that stupid dress. Now you owe me one," said Hyde.

"Oh why does everything have to be compensation with you? Can't you just do something nice without asking for anything in exchange?" said Kelso.

"Are you saying I did all of that for nothing?" asked Hyde angrily.

"No, no. I just think you could do with being a little nicer, that's all."

"This is my nice side. Do you wanna see my bad side?"

"No," said Kelso, scared.

"Then here's how it's gonna be. You are going to owe me one, but I haven't decided what that's gonna be yet. but when I do I will let you know. And you are going to do it. Because you owe me. Got it?"

"Okay, fine. Geez. No need to get so upset."

There was a pause.

"Now?" asked Kelso.

"No," said Hyde.

There was another pause.

"Now," asked Kelso.

"No,"said Hyde.

There was another pause.

"Okay how about now?"

Hyde looked over and Kelso and punched him in the arm.

"Ow! That hurt."

The basement door that led out towards the driveway opened and the girls walked in.

"Hey, where's Eric?" asked Donna.

"Who cares?" said Jackie. "Where's my dress?"

"Right here," said Kelso, handing her the box. "Be careful," he warned. "We went through a lot of trouble to get that."

"Yeah whatever," said Jackie, not paying much attention to Kelso's story. She looked in the box and saw the custom dress, of which there was only one, which was being stored in a warehouse in town, and she asked Kelso to get it for her if he wanted to win her affections back.

"So are we cool now?" asked Kelso. "Because I promise, no more screw ups. From now on I will be a better boyfriend, and stop embarrassing you like you say I do, which I still think you are exaggerating."

"Kelso, just shut up," said Jackie. "You got me the dress, don't ruin the moment."

"Okay," said Kelso.

"Come on Donna," said Jackie, "let's go so you can watch me try this on."

"Oh yay," said Donna sarcastically as she followed her friend out the door, looking back at the boys. "See you guys around. And tell Eric I stopped by."

"Will do," said Hyde as he watched tv.

And with that the door closed shut and Kelso returned to his seat.

"See, now that's gratitude," he said.

"Dude, she walked all over you like a doormat."

"Not her silly. Me. I did something for her, and she said thank you and that was enough."

"Okay. One, you did not get that dress for her," said Hyde. "WE got that dress for her. And you still owe me for that. And two, she did not say thank you once."

"Well... well... it was implied!" shouted Kelso.

Back at the Pinciotti household, Jackie walked out from the bathroom and performed a twirl for Donna.

"Look and be amazed," she said.

"Alright, I'll admit it looks good on you," said Donna. "But, um, Jackie..."

"What?"

"Are you wearing underwear under that thing?" Donna asked.

"No." Jackie shook her head. "No bra either."

"Isn't that kind of, you know, slutty?" asked Donna.

"There's a lot you have to learn about nice clothes Donna, not like you'll ever wear any anyway."

Donna was used to Jackie's insults by this point, but she couldn't help rolling her eyes at just how preppy and spoiled her friend acted still, even as a grown adult. It was almost impressive, in a shallow-perseverance kind of way.

"When you wear tight clothes," Jackie continued, "you don't wear underwear to avoid panty lines. That or you wear a thong."

"So why don't you wear a thong?"

"No!" said Jackie, offended. "Now that would be slutty! Now hurry up, you have to drive me before I'm late."

"You haven't even told me where I'm supposed to be taking you."

"I'll give you the address in the car, now let's hurry."

Back in the Foreman's basement Hyde and Kelso were sitting and watching tv.

"Hey, weren't you supposed to destroy the other dress we got," said Hyde. "You know, the prototype, with the faulty stitching?"

"Oh yeah, I almost forgot," said Kelso.

He went into the backroom and pulled out the second box. He opened it and pulled out a dress that looked identical to the one he had just given Jackie.

"Alright, might as well just rip this to shreds and throw it in the furnace. Hughhh!"

He grabbed the dress on either side and pulled with all his might, but it barely tore.

"Huh, that's funny," he said. "For a dress that's not supposed to be properly sewn together, this thing has some serious strength to it."

Hyde smiled when he realized his friends predicament. "Yeah, it's almost as if that's the real dress, and the one you gave to Jackie was the prototype," he said.

But his sarcasm was lost on the dim witted Kelso. "Yeah," he replied, before attempting to tear it some more."

"Hey Kelso," said Hyde.

"What?! Can't you see i'm trying to do something here?!"

"I just have a little suggestion that might help."

"Oh? What is it?"

Hyde, with a big grin on his face said, "you might want to try using those scissors over there, pointing to the shelf."

"Oh! Thanks!" said Kelso.

Hyde laughed and shook his head, always amazed and amused by his friend's stupidity, before returning to the tv set.

Meanwhile, while riding in the passenger seat while Donna drive her to her destination, Jackie thought she felt what seemed to be a little "pop"of a thread coming loose.

"What is it?" asked Donna, noticing her looking over her shoulder.

"Oh, it's probably nothing. Isn't Kelso dreamy for getting me this dress?"

"You know he stole it right?"

"Donna, nothing ever done in the name of love can ever be wrong."

Jackie thought she felt another little "pop", but she told herself it was just the bumpy road. She refused to let it worry her. Worry led to stress and stress led to wrinkles. So she ignored the little pops as Donna drove her to her destination.

Where is she going?
