Gets up to look under the table and try and find her missing shoes

As nice as the carpet felt, and as nice as the chair felt, Mackenzie wasn't about to take any chances when it came to her things disappearing. So, with that in mind, the redhead pushed her chair back (smoothing the hem of her skirt back down), and stooped down to look under the table.

As she lifted the tablecloth, Mackenzie had already noticed a few problems. One, the carpet may have seemed nice around the table, but under the table, it was rather dirty. Evidently, the haunted house's janitors solved their problems by sweeping them quite literally under the table cloth. It was making Mackenzie feel a bit nauseous at having her bare feet (and now her hands and knees) in contact with the floor.

Of course, problem number two, Mackenzie couldn't see even that much of the carpet underneath the table. The room was dim; under the table it was dark. So, in order to find her shoes, Mackenzie was going to need to feel around a bit....

Sighing, Mackenzie advanced under the dinner table, blindly groping for her footwear. She was about halfway under the table, her lower half protruding out into the room as she wiggled around in the dark. Of course, in such a compromising position, it came as quite a shock when...
