Following Instructions

Somewhere in orbit around planet Earth was a special object disguised as a common communications satellite. Copying telecom signals that bounce around the globe unhindered, it sends out near undetectable sets of instructions that could infiltrate and reprogram any wavelength emitting device in the world, making it able to broadcast a specific radio frequency that directly targets the human brain. Whoever has control of the object has control over the world, effectively mind controlling whoever is unfortunate enough to be close by a signal emitting device.
