Bracelets

The rushees looked at the bracelets in confusion. Bracelets, that's it? Mackenzie and undoubtedly most of the other girls were disappointed. They expected something far more extravagant from the best sorority on campus, and instead all they got was a lousy bracelet. Even the less popular sororities probably got a dress or even something funny like a toga or bikini.

Mackenzie worked up the courage to ask some of the senior members of the sorority for an explanation.

"Umm excuse me, sorry if this sounds a little vain, but is this seriously it? Not to be rude or anything but a cheap bracelet seems a little... lame. I would have thought we would have gotten something just a little more daring." Mackenzie asked.
