Basement

Aaron stood in perplexed silence for a few seconds as he slid the smartphone into his pocket and tried to comprehend what Amber had meant by basement. His mind wandered as he hoped that she didn't mean the basement of her own apartment. As it would take him far too long to find the apartment, let alone the basement where she currently resided.

Not wishing to be defeated by his sister, he eased the phone from his pocket and thumbed through his apps until came across iFindYou. A wicked smile ran across his lips as he remembered installing the elusive software on his sister's phone a few summers ago so he always knew where she was. Aaron grinned as he keyed in the password and effortlessly tapped his sister's familiar avatar picture.

A few moments later, a picture of the city appeared.

Aaron's icon glowed a serene blue as it rested atop his apartment block. Looking down he could see his sister's icon was glowing an eerie red. There was a low blip as Vanessa's icon moved away from her apartment toward her current location. Aaron almost jumped as he saw it sat next to his own icon.

He shuddered before easing the smartphone back into his pocket and heading towards the door with a determined look in his eye.
