BB-Chan Of course!

"Allow me, Sempai!" A girl with long purple hair and a tan struts up in a swimsuit. "As the Greatest Kouhai and this game's MC, I will explain the game to you and the other contestants!"

The world seems to fade into static, until it fizzles back into the notorious BB Channel appears, BB visible with a mike in hand. "Thank you for tuning in to the BB Channel! This time, we have a new Sponsor! And to commemorate this momentous occasion, I present to you our new program - Harem Hotel, Chaldea Edition!" A clap track is heard as BB finishes with a flourish. "The name of the game is simple, our lovely contestants will have to compete to win Master's heart! all who lose will end up lower on the sexy totem pole!"

She turns to a screen, a panoramic view of the various areas of the resort being rotated through. "This is the lovely BB resort, crafted by yours truly, where the Season will be held. The games will be held at the rate I or my boss decides, and losing has serious consequences, but more on that later." She smirks evilly, eyes glowing red for a second.

"Lets take a moment to explain VP and BP, or Victory Points and Bonus Points! The contestants can earn VPs by competing in challenges. They can also receive VPs by appealing to the master. The highest point totals are rewarded for acts of physical intimacy with the Master. From hand holding to banging like Kiara, It's all good! But, any act or interaction with Ritsuka or other contestants can potentially earn VPs. VPs will only be earned for the first time an act pleases the master and subsequent repetitions of the action will not earn more points."

"Of course, it's not just all about gaining points, you gotta be careful not to lose them! Doing poorly in the challenges and performing acts that displease Sempai will result in VP losses. If you manage to get to 100 VPs or more, you win~!" Fireworks show up on the screen show up upon mentioning that

"Now onto those juicy Bonus points. These act as a form of currency and can be used to purchase goods and services from my BB stores. You can earn them by unlocking achievements, becoming fan favorites, any of the means VPs are and will be periodically rewarded as an allowance and at MY discretion. So stay on my good side~" Her eyes glow red again as she says that.

"But now I think it's time to talk about what our audience is really here for: the Cute Customizable Contestants, or CCC!" She gives an excited twirl at that. "That's right, those participating in this competition might not leave here the same way they entered. Over the course of this season, each competitor will go through some big changes! They might be altered, physically, mentally, or any number of other ways~!" BB Winks cutely at the camera, giving a V gesture with her free hand. "They can be delivered by losing a challenge, spending those Bonus points, or one of Master's command spells! Yes, those babies have super charged to be even more potent than before!"

BB's eyes grow red one final time. "And, if any of you Servants think you can use your abilities to get out of this, tough luck. You're all at a tenth of what you could do before physically, and those fancy noble phantasms and skills you have are either gone or reduced to practically nothing! Why, you're practically human!" She cackles, before closing her eyes, the pair of them returning that to their natural color. "I wish you all the best of luck! now, the lot of you are going to the Food court so master can meet the lucky contestants! Don't forget to tune in again to your lovely BB Channel!" She winks as the world becomes static again, before reforming with Ritsuka and Mash at the beach.

"Oh boy, this is going to be a thing..." Ritsuka says, getting up and feeling a headache coming on.

"Come on, Senpai, let's head to the food court." Mash says, helping guide the last master of humanity to the rest of the waiting servants.

[Figured I'd at least explain the bare bones rules for the confused competitors. Still deciding on how many servants to have total and which ones, I do have ideas, but could use suggestion to help make up my mind.]
