Alternative Universe Gwen Stacy

"Who are you?" said the masked woman who was aiming a gun in Gwen's direction. "Why do you pretend to recognize me? I have never seen you before in my life."

"I'm sorry," said Gwen. "My name is Gwen Stacy."

"That's impossible," said the masked woman. "My name is Gwen Stacy."

"No, I'm Gwen Stacy too," said the original Gwen. "I come from an alternative universe. Our bodies look alike and I suspect our faces will look the same as well." At this point, Gwen took off her mask. "See?"

"This must be some kind of trick," said the gun-holding Gwen.

"No, it isn't," said Gwen. "When my costume was intact, it looked much like yours. And those parts that have not been destroyed -- the mask, the boots and the web shooters -- look exactly like yours. Even our voices sound alike."

The Gwen who held the gun looked at the original Gwen for the longest time. Then she finally lowered her gun.

As she did so, the original Gwen asked, "So can you help me find something to wear?"

The other Gwen smiled and raised her gun. "I have a better idea. Now that I know for sure that they'll be a perfect fit, I want you to hand over your mask, your boots and your web shooters."
