A slightly different method unknowingly causes a slight problem for men.

Anna decided to simply shift sizes up. The measurements for A cups would become what used to be the measurements for D cups, and her breasts would become the size of DD's before her changes. She saved her changes, and looked down at her new pair of larger breasts. Of course, it was still called a B cup, but she didn't care about that.

She didn't know, though, that in doing so, she had bumped up even the size of no breasts at all, and men the world over had grown breasts, the smallest being what would have previously been a C cup.
