A shitstorm of holy fire

The knight begins to whisper a spell. Three small fireballs formed around the knight as the spell took shape. The priestess must have recognized it because she intervened.

"Don't do it Lydia! You'll burn the entire forest down," cried Shana the priestess.

The knight looks back at Shana and sighs. She doesn't finish her spell and instead presses her sword to her forehead chanting four words. The swords blazes with golden white flames.

This is it you think. After all the work you put into leveling up, this is how you die. Your fear paralyzes you. You can't move from the branch. You can only watch.

The knight leaps forward swinging her sword towards the tree you are in. In a single swing, she cuts the trunk cleanly in two.

Quickly, you realize the tree is falling over with you in it. You try to fly away, but get tangled in the branches crashing on top of you. You crash to the forest floor buried in a heap of branches and leaves. Your hit points are almost non-existent when you hit the ground and you black out.

The last thing you see is the glow of the holy flames dancing around the knight as she pulls the branches off of you.
