A quick lie

Their presence didn't go unnoticed for long as Sophie almost immediately turned around and walked towards the elevator giving them both a good look at her body. Kate was dumbstruck at having seen her ex girlfriends nude body walking around so casually and realised that she was staring. Shaking herself out of it she looked up at Kara who only gave her a puzzled look.

"Hey, Kate" Sophie said. Kate looked back to see her standing in front of them smiling as if nothing was wrong. "What are you doing up here? You need something?"

"Um, I, uhh..." Kate murmured out barely able to string together a complete thought as she gazed at her bare breasts and all the dark skin on display.

"You all right, Kate?" Sophie asked worried.

"Um, she's fine" Kara chimed in "she's just a little tired"

"Sorry, who are you?" Sophie asked turning to Kara.

"Oh, I'm Kara Danvers. I'm a friend of Kate's" Kara answered as politely as possible considering the circumstances.

"She's a reporter" Kate worked up the nerve to speak as she came up with an idea to get their clothes back. "She's a reporter from National City and she wanted to write a story about the items you found earlier today"

"I did?" Kara asked, looking aside at Kate who only gave her a look. 'Yes, I did."

"You came all the way from National City for that?" Sophie asked doubtfully.

"There wasn't much going on"

"Any chance we could see it?" Kate asked.

"No reason why not. We've already determined that they aren't dangerous" They both let out a sigh of relief as they heard the news. "Follow me"

Sophie then hopped into the elevator and stood in between the two nude heroines and pressed the button for the basement.
