A Revolutionary

The spotlight shown on a man in a dark cloak. His long, gray hair was receding, and he had a bit of a beard.

"Citizens of Republic City! My name is Takana, and I have come to put an end to this nonsense! Behold your Avatar! She should be out protecting this fine city, instead she spends her days here, showing off her body. Korra is a disgrace to the legacy of Aang, and it is time I show her a lesson!"

With this, he bent two blocks of ice out of the pool of water below and hurled them at Korra, but they were blocked by a wall of earth. Bolin turned to her and winked. She grinned, and lit a fire in each hand, charging at Takana.

The fight dragged on, somehow, Takana had proven a match for the Avatar and her friend. Eventually, he decided he had enough fun, and called in a squad of chi blockers from above. In one fell swoop, they knocked down Korra and Bolin, rendering both immobile. They dragged Bolin outside, while Takana walked up to Korra. "So, you like to show off, do you? I'll give you a chance to, don't worry." Korra began shouting protests once she realized what he was doing, but to no avail. The cloaked man pulled on the strings fastening her undergarments to her, allowing them to unravel like a thread on a spool. "Now, let's get you in a place where you can really show off.

Korra never liked heights. But what she liked less than heights, was immobility. So when Korra found herself completely nude, with her limbs and neck frozen to the wall about 50 feet in the air, she panicked. Her bending was no use, she couldn't reach it to her constraints. The ice was to strong for her to break with brute ****, and all struggling did was jiggle her breasts and hips around. All the spectators had already left, and once Takana took off, she was completely alone in the stadium.

It was going to be a long night.
