My name is Rick, and okay, sure, I know it sounds silly to start off my story with "it came to me in a dream," but that's really how it happened. One long, blissful night, I dreamt that the world revolved around me, and that anything I want was with in my grasp. The only small catch was I had to say PLEASE. It felt like common sense to do so, but having this realization in the dream made me feel empowered and dominant, and that should have been it: one very good dream, but mere moments before I awoke for the day, I heard a distinctive, calming voice tell me "to say PLEASE is your power, not just in dreams, but in your waking reality."

As I performed my morning rituals, the line just kept reverberating in my head. Everything I did seemed to be a blur as my mind was in auto-pilot while those lines just repeated. That is until, my phone buzzed with a message from my friend Ron.

"Hey man, you still on for later right? We'll just be waiting for you in the apartment, you can show yourself in. Jess is so ready to beat your ass one-on-one in Fight Alley."

"Right.." I thought to myself. Ron's girl challenged me to a match in that new video game they bought not to long ago, because I claimed I was better at games than they were. At first it was just playful banter, but Jess seemed to have taken it personally. You see she had a very competitive personality, and the second she felt someone challenge her or her boyfriend's capabilities, she'd jump at the first opportunity to prove themselves. It gets on my nerve sometimes, but I admit, that is the charm of their relationship, Ron was my frail average looking introverted friend, while Jess was his outgoing, girl-next-door looking, girlfriend. She wasn't really my type, but her personality paired looks made her very easy on the eyes.

"Yeah, didn't forget. I'm on the way. She better warm up, she'll need it. haha!" I replied, keeping a playful tone.

"HAH! Got you again Rick! What's the standing now..?? 3 - 0?" Jess celebrated with glee. "I guess I expected too much from someone who thought he was soooo good at the game." she followed up smuggly.

"Hey, he did let you warm up on his way here right? or maybe he's taking it easy on you," Ron said, looking at me encouragingly.

"Yeah... thats it, I was just getting warmed up, don't you worry Jess, I'm going to show you how a real player plays this game. ANOTHER ROUND." I say.

"Hold on, I need to get some water, feel free to.. err.. practice while I do so, cause it looks like, there's no way you're going to beat me." Jess teases as she stands and walks over to their kitchen. The whole time I was oogling at her shapley thighs and curvy figure, careful that Ron doesn't notice me doing so.

After about 5 minutes of practice time, we go another round and to her disappointment, I finally win a round.

"Well, that's just a first of many Jess, I told you I was going easy on you the first three rounds." I tell her with both pride and relief in my voice.

"Hmph, that doesn't prove anything, I still think you're pretty bad at this game, you won by a hair." She said, clearly un-amused that I luckily did win the round.

I came over to their place to chill out and have a little fun with friends. At this point, I felt irritated at Jess' competitiveness and wanted to speak out.

Just as I was about to speak, the line from the dream I've been hearing all morning popped up in my mind again..

What do you tell her?
