Erik lives under the roof of his loving mother, Laura, in their 2 bedroom apartment. The area they live in is nice with very little crime, similar to a central american suburban neighborhood. Erik just graduated high school and will be taking a year off before starting college. Everything seems to be normal in the life of this average young man, but is about to change entirely. Laura is not whom he thinks she is. She is hiding a big secret from the world which she has very little control over. This secret is sure to come out and eventually take it's role in Erik's life. Erik is on his way home from his last class of school. He is very excited to start working and making his own money. Sitting on the bus he begins to plan out his next summer and what kind of career he wants to take. This will all have to wait since the bus has just arrived at his stop just outside of the apartment complex he lives in. He and a few other former students exit the bus and are all talking about their plans while he continues to walk home ready to lay down in his bed and relax for a while... The story starts with Erik arriving home.

A collection of warhammer fantasy stories set around a similar premise: the endtimes destruction of the planet did happen, however the chaos gods where inspired by the endtime books from our world and tried it themselves, as such a lot of the details of the actual endtimes change, with two major examples written out in the first chapter. Now the Chaos gods have realized its boring to have nothing to do, but before they can start invading the AOS mortal realms, Khorne and Tzeench get addicted to warhammer total war, and as such when the invasions of that world start, chaos is quite a bit less powerful and is stopped in its tracks earlier, with Slaanesh getting imprisoned by the Elves far easier than in canon AOS now that she/he and the horned rat are the only ones actually putting effort into it. With all this going on in the background, the other three come forward and challenge the remaining order gods and champions to a round 2 of the end times with a map and mechanics similar to warhammer 3, but the gods are now far more directly involved and most of the faction leaders have lived through said changed end times once already.

Others go into massive debt, either living outside their historically ample means, or gambling it all away. Some just chafe under society's expectations, never applying themselves, failing in school or work despite every indication that they should do better. Those who cannot be satisfied, who risk it all or fail against the odds, are assigned a Life Plan. To correct their risky behavior their life is put into someone else's hands, given an editable plan to make them operate at their full potential. A minor surgery implants a behavior-modification chip that makes it so to them, these dropouts of society, their Life Plan becomes their guiding purpose. And therefore the holder of their Life Plan becomes their personal ruler. It is the only humane solution. Deena Nichols was a new lawyer at a Prestigious Law firm doing Pro-Bono work, to make the firm look good. The Stunning redhead was furious at still handling Pro-bono work, and her current assignment was representing a redheaded 16 year old, who lived with her older sister and was accused of assaulting another girl and lot of padding charges that told the Lawyer that the local cops had some connection to the 18 year old Princess who was in the redheads neighborhood, and even though she was older, and larger, she'd lost a fight, got a black eye, but her Lawyer and the Police had charged her with , attempted (while no weapon was used or found); as well as things like; causing deliberate harm, with intent to maim to the extend that even the Judge commented the large number of charges for a black-eye, between two teenaged girls? But the girl with the shiner's parents weren't backing down, even though everyone except them, Deena would destroy the silly case in five minutes the next day, when Court convened. The problem was Deena got a chance to land a huge client the next day and blew off her Court date at the last minute, leaving the teenager high and dry. The end result was that the 16 year got 2 years in Juvenile Hall until. she was 18, and both her and her sisters were not happy about that. Both of whom swore they get even.
