You need to play it cool

Logic tells you that a direct approach would most probably fail.
Given the game's rules, Miranda is doing nothing wrong and neither is Tom.
If you try to **** her out of his hands, you'll probably hit a wall, more so as she is clearly enjoing what's happeing.
You will have to keep it cool and try to manipulate her, use your brain, that's what will get you Miranda, there's no other way.
The fact that you can't immediately dare her to do something to you it's just a minor hinderance, as you plan need quite some set up.

"Hey, Miranda, look, I got you..." You say showing her the paper-slip."

"Well then, what will it be?" She asks uncertain.

"Hmm, I don't know... Gimme a sec, would you?"

"I really wasn't expecting this..." You mutter in a lower voice, high enough for anyone to hear you tough.

You observe you crush wriggle between Tom's arms, she not even jerking him anymore, as she impatiently waits for your instructions.
You must admit you kind of like leaving her hanging like that.
