The engine of a navy blue suv drawns your attention.
Reluctatly you approach the car waiting for you in the driveway and peek form window only to meet Miranda's mom smiling face who quickly unlocks your door.

"H-Hey Cat, thanks again for giving me a ride ... I can still walk if you want .." You fumble delaying the moment you'll have to open the door.

"Oh, quit it, John. Hop in." She giggles, stretching herself to reach the door and opening it from inside.

You forcedly smile and comply to her invite.
