Yeah, sure.

"Let me give you a basic rundown," Alan says, "Even though the lab is quite a few stories underground, the lab itself is divided into two floors. We're currently on the Production Floor, where we design and create our models however we're asked to. We'll get to the lower level - the Development Floor once we look around."

He continues: "Let me finish up my conversation and we can take a walk."

Alan draws his attention back to the group of people he was talking to before and continues talking. You can't understand a word they're saying from all the science terms they're using, so you take the time to take in your surroundings. You see three hallways to the left and one to the right of you. At the far end of the lab, you can spot a staircase going down, most likely to the lower level. The atrium itself looks very clean, with white tiles lining the floors. The ceiling is exceptionally high, and the room is brightly lit up by powerful ceiling lights. As you keep looking around, you overhear Alan finish his conversation and turn his attention back to you.

He says "Alright Jason, let me show you how things work around here. Let's start off with how all models start. Unfortunately, only the appropriate team members are allowed into their respective rooms, so we'll just watch how they work through the windows."

You follow Alan through the corridor on the right, that has rooms on either side and ends with a dead end. You look into the windows of the many rooms spread across the hallway that you walk through. Each room has multiple people in lab coats writing stuff on computers, drawing diagrams, writing things down on notepads or talking in large groups.

As you walk down the hallway, inspecting the rooms, Alan continues talking. "Now, all the rooms on the left are occupied by designers, anatomy experts and other scientists working their hardest to constantly improve all aspects of the models, they're the ones in the yellow lab coats. They are the ones who came up with the first design of them being futa's, and it's stuck around ever since. They make sure that the models resemble human women as much as possible, not taking in the obvious "extra" component they all have. Of course, not all models are made the same, and almost all of them differ in one way or another, in size, shape, personality and even special abilities. I'm sure you'll meet all kinds of different models while testing, so be ready for anything."

You continue walking down the long hallway when Alan explains the other rooms.

He explains: "After a model has been designed, the rooms on the right focus on creating a code that we use to give the models their intelligence. After hiring the best programmers we could find, the ones in blue lab coats, we created a fast learning algorithm, which we put in the minds of the models. Slight specifications in personality are adjustable, but we still run into bugs now and again, which would explain some cases where a model can go rogue. The transfer process from code to model is tricky, but I can tell you, that it uses some of the most high-tech brainwave emission technology in the world. The algorithm learns what is thought to it very quickly, as well as experimenting with what it has learned to find the optimum techniques to complete its objective. We pretty much recreated an upgraded version of an adult human brain, as well as greatly increasing the sexual aspects of it, since we ARE using these for sexual warfare."

As you reach the end of the hallway, you turn back around and head back to the atrium, having one last look at the scientists hard at work. You enter the atrium and Alan guides you to one of the hallways on the left. It seems to turn right at the end, connecting with the other hallways you saw earlier. You look into the rooms on your right and see scientists playing around with colorful liquids in beakers, checking screens and monitoring what looks to be like incubator pods in the middle of the room, filled with blob looking creatures.

Alan speaks up again. "Now, after all the planning and coding, it's time to actually create the models. The creation process is tricky, but it all starts in the building rooms on our right. Here, we utilize the help of genetic engineering technology and masterful doctors, dressed in pink lab coats, to create "molds" that later grow into the full sized models. Our whole operation here is based on a discovery made 20 years ago by scientists sadly no longer with us today. They managed to synthesize an organic material that can be shaped and quickly evolved into almost any physical appearance given the right circumstances. The material, when split into smaller blobs, will actually regrow its lost mass completely within a few days. Which means, as long as we still have any amount of the original organic material with us, we can keep splitting it into smaller molds to make our models! We input the code into the brains of the molds and then grow them to a state where they no longer need supervision, which usually takes a few days. Think of them as sort of embryos, but not as gross looking. As you can see, they more resemble melon sized blobs. After that, we place them in the growing room. Let's take a look at that, shall we?"

You and Alan walk by the room on your left, which is filled with dozens of big glass cylindrical pods, lining the walls, containing what you assume to be the "models". You also see scientists in front of big switchboards and screens that monitor all of the pods. The models seem to be floating in some sort of clear liquid contained in the pods. The models themselves differ in stages of growth. Some of them look like the blobs you saw before, and some are already fully grown "women". You can't help but draw your eyes to the huge genitals of the models. It was the first time you actually saw a futa in real life, so needless to say, you were a bit amazed and excited. The models weren't all the same, they differed in height, chubbiness, breast size and the proportions of their junk. Even though there was a noticeable difference between each dick you saw, they were all pretty sizable. You guessed they were anywhere from 6 to 13 inches long and everywhere from 1.5 to 4 inches in diameter. Some were actually quite average and some were just humorously big, as in "reaching-foot-level" big.

As you and Alan walk along the pods, he explains: "This is the growing room. Not much action happens here, the monitoring team dressed in red lab coats are here to make sure all the growing models stay in optimum growing conditions. They also take care of the cleaning process, but more about that later. The models are placed in the pods which get filled with a liquid that was long in the making. It's there to accelerate the growing process so that we get them out and ready as fast as possible. Our chemists still constantly try to improve it to maximize growth speed. Although the models mimic breathing for realism purposes, they don't require oxygen, so they can stay there for as long as we need them to grow."

As you walk further along the pods, you notice that the models are getting more and more diverse the more you inspect them. Some models are HUGE! Like twice or three times as big as the regular ones you just saw. Some have weird extremities, like wings, tails and other animal body parts.

Alan continues: "You may notice that not all models resemble humans. Well, that's the work of the designers. We sometimes get orders to create very specialized models, so some of them resemble something out of a fairytale. You'll get to test with them as well, so be ready for some fun times. Now, onto the cleaning room."

You and Alan walk along a room filled with showers and what seems like dressing rooms, all filled with actual walking futanari. Half of them are butt naked, walking alongside personnel that guides them to the showers and the dressing rooms.

Alan speaks up: "Now when the models have finished growing, we bring them into here, where they get washed off from the growing liquid and fitted for their uniforms. They used to walk around naked, but that greatly reduced staff productivity, so uniforms are now mandatory. After they've been cleaned and dressed, they get moved down into the lower floor where they live while they receive training and testing."

When you and Alan are done looking around, you exit out into the atrium through one of the three hallways leading back to it. He leads you to the staircase you saw earlier and stops.

Alan says: "Well, Jason, apart from the staff room in which we all eat, sleep and hang out, that's pretty much all of what I can show you from the production floor, now, let's move to the bottom level, where you and I will be working together."
