Wandering for hours.

Lost in the woods, Jade keeps walking, doing her best to walk in a straight line, Its an island, if I keep going straight, I've got to reach either the edge of this forest, or the beach, either way, at least I can start figuring out where I am again.

Unfortunately, its not so easy for Jade, she walks until her legs ache, sometimes the woods are rightly packed, branches and bushes scraping at her body as she pushes on, other times it spreads out into wider areas between towering tropical trees. Its not long before she starts to enjoy her surroundings for what they are, so peaceful, and at times breathtakingly beautiful. As she watches a small squirrel like creature chitter at her from a nearby tree, she can almost forget her current circumstances.

After a minute of watching the light brown animal, she starts walking again, its not long before she can hear the soft whisper of waves breaking on the shore in the distance.

Finally feeling like she has a direction once more, she picks up her pace, momentarily forgetting her aches as she makes her way towards what she hopes is open ground.
